“The man who served me here was probably the nicest and most patient employee I’ve ever encountered in a Starbucks! I also liked their holiday decor and LOVED that they were doing a toy drive and that it was just sitting out unattended and no one was worried about stealing or anything- really said a lot about the climate of the establishment. Very nice place“
“Came to the drive-thru on a Wednesday at 6:30. Immediately should have known there was an issue as the person taking my order couldn't understand that I was looking for a frappuccino. Once we finally got that settled he wrote it wrong on the board. Then told me they don't carry it anymore even though it's on the menu. He did offer me a substitute. Then I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes online because he was flirting with two cars of girls back to back. When I finally got up to the window it wasn't ready, don't know what he was doing at that point. After a few minutes he made my drink, and made it wrong.“
