“I wouldn’t normally do a review of a fast food place, but I had to because this one is so outstanding! First of all it’s a Taco Bell and a KFC, which is an awesome combo. Secondly it’s the biggest nicest cleanest Taco Bell/KFC that I’ve ever seen or been in. Clean, non-stinky bathrooms, sparkling clean dining area and front counter. Nice lady with a heavy East Coast accent whose name I didn’t get is a customer service queen! And had the best Taco Bell meal that I’ve had in the 13 years I’ve lived in Ohio, period! Five stars all day every day and only because 10 wasn’t an option!!“

“This Arby's is one of my favorites. First time I've used the online ordering system, and I tell you what when it said it would be ready in 5 mins, they had it done. I pulled up and told them my name I expected to be waiting like I usually do anywhere else, nope done and hot and ready!!“

“The staff was friendly and prompt to take my order. The building was clean but seemed to be older. I had the 3 piece meal with potato wedges and biscuit. This was very good, tender and very filling. All this and a drink for about $10. Very satisfied!“

“I absolutely love my Sonic restaurant! I am always greeted and my order is taken! I usually get a bag of ice, or a Burger and Slushie. Most know me now I'm there so often and I can honestly say they have some of the best staff right now that they have had in a while. “I had an issue with my mobile order since one of the items I got was unavailable by the time I got there. The manager was super nice and accommodating about it. Just sucks a little that I was out a couple dollars since I didn't get the customizations that I made on the app, but that's my own fault I didn't want to tell them all the crap I changed face to face lol“

“Coming home after a late night in KY, Mcdonald's next door had a closed lobby at 9pm. Went over to Subway and was not disappointed. The nice girl had already put up the meats and veggies but had no problem getting everything out to serve me and my friends. Very thankful for the great customer service.“

“i am Very faithful to this store and I order the same thing every single day and have for years. Every time I come here They're the rudest people I've ever met . especially if you ask them to fix something. I can't get over the way they treat customers. not to mention They never get our food right, always overcharging and having to ask them to remove something. I would hate to have to stop coming here because we truly love McDonald's, but the unkindness and unprofessionalism is unreal anymore. people even try to argue with the customers . it's almost ridiculous. “I ordered a whopper meal. The only reason this is getting four stars is because the Whopper I got looked and tasted just like it is advertised on the menu and any commercials seen. It was made to perfection. The only problem I had this time and many other times at this location was the drink, condiment section, and the tables were filthy and in disarray. Unfortunately it seems to be like this everytime I am in this location. You may be understaffed but please send someone out and tidy up the main areas that we customers see when we come in and eat, it wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. 👍“
