“We were kindly welcomed and seated immediately. Our waitress Michelle was amazing! She was extremely polite, patient, and helpful with all of our needs. The food was spectacular! Overall, one of the best experiences compared to the other times we’ve come here!“

“Uhm, don't sleep on this location. Service was executed with a smile and food came out hot and sizzling. Applebee's ain't dead yet! The signs of life are at this location, to my shock and awe. I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp and the chicken was incredibly hot, juicy, and delicious. My Perfect Margarita was indeed perfect, blended exquisitely with just enough of a kick without it being sloppy. Our server was genuinely nice and attentive to our needs. The manager Steven (sp?) came over to say hi and introduce himself which is still a nice touch proving customer service isn't dead. I haven't lived in Akron since 1998 but I'd come back just for another delightful meal here. Whole family really was eating good in our own hometown neighborhood! Tipped very well for the excellent service provided. Thank you!“
