“I went to the Highland Square Chipotle this evening. The store was very clean and the Manager Samantha was a pleasure to speak with. She was very professional and accommodating. I have been to many Chipotle stores in NE Ohio. And this visit will stand out. You have an asset in this manager. She could teach some of the other so called managers a thing or two! Thank you.“
“Since everything is relative I’m giving Chipotle a five because the Akron food scene sucks. It’s a symbol of what’s wrong with America-it has every fast “food” trough possible. Chipotle is sold but it’s only a beauty queen because it is next to a bunch of pigs.“

“Love this place best guacamole everrrr the food is custom and fresh the staff are hard workers and are very kind. I love the steak burrito with black beans white rice cheese sour cream and hot salsa I always get guacamole on the side and they are huge it makes 3 meals for me! They make fresh chips daily that look pretty tasty and the menu has something for everyone. The app is convenient and puck up times are quick the store is clean and I rate this as one of my top fab 5's“
“Well went from a five-star down to a two below is the previous review this place has gone to hell staff is eating while preparing food messing around trash all over the floor there were six people in the back and only two up front headway to long time for carryout I normally would have given it a one-star because of somebody eating while handing food to people IE carryout but because it was a five-star before I gave it a 2 star
All Chipotles are great this one here on West Market in Montrose West Akron is very friendly and very fast in the food quality is excellent tastes very fresh I highly recommend this location!“
“I want to preface I'm writing this review with not having many positive reviews with Chipotle.My Girlfriend, and I are from Pittsburgh, and we were traveling for a wedding. Stopping at Chipotle we were so satisfied with the staff. Not only did they have every single option available, they took the time to get fresh ingredients and accomodated our dietary restrictions. When we told them we don't eat red meat they made sure we got fresh chicken. White rice with no cilantro, and they actually had great Sautéed veggies. Pittsburgh gotta step they game up lol.Just wanted to give flowers to the positive staff and the cook was chefin it up like it was the grand opening ? Staff 10/8/2023

“soon as i came in a party of 20 people was in front of me as a group. this staff handled it so well, worked as a team and remained kind to each and every person they served. my food is well portioned and idk what they do differently to the guac here but it was better than any other chipotle i’ve been to and i go to chipotle like twice a week! of course i wish there was a place to sit but that staff was on point!“
