Five Guys recently switched from serving fries in cups to using paper bags, and it caused some confusion about portion sizes. Ben immediately stepped in, listened, and rectified the issue right away without any hesitation or attitude. He was calm, professional, and made sure everything was handled fairly and correctly.

I really appreciate how he turned a potentially frustrating moment into a great experience. Ben is exactly the kind of employee you hope to run into. Five Guys is lucky to have him.“

(I live 35min away) came a little later in the evening (8:15pm) unfortunately I got what was left of the bottom of the barrel and scraps. HOWEVER, friendly service, place was clean, Queso and chips are bomb!! Everything here still has so much more flavor than Chipotle. Not to mention way more options to choose from and no additional charge for guacamole or queso on your entree. I worked at Qdoba in Macedonia as one of my first jobs almost 20 years ago. It's definitely a little bit different now, but im so glad to see Qdoba is back in business!!! Can't wait to go back, to treat my mom & son! <3 they're going to love it.“

“I can't say anything about atmosphere because it is super cold and I was at the drive thru. The girl at the window was nice and the service was quick and accurate. I've had a few mistakes with this Rally's but it was a different crew. Food was hot and freshly made and that means a lot after just getting off work.“

Not sure if it is a new cook, manager or meat, but it is not the same. Onion rings were good . The young lady was very nice and efficient.“

“Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so I've been to many. You'd be surprised but there is quite the variance in quality from Taco Bell to Taco Bell. I've been to this one many times because it's close to me. Their quality has been very consistent. I can only think of a handful of times where they either forgot an item (which they fixed without question) or had lower than normal quality like not properly filling a crunchwrap. And their staff has always been friendly to us. All in all, this location stands out above other Taco Bells I've been to.
I've tried the Taco Bell that's just south of this location off Massillon Road a couple of times and never again. The difference in quality between the 2 locations is astounding and the one off Massillon is not worth going to, even if it's closer.“

“I stopped in for lunch and was very impressed with both the staff and the food. The team was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially when I couldn’t decide what to order. One of the employees kindly recommended a few options and guided me toward the Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub, which turned out to be an excellent choice. They were also accommodating when I requested extra toppings, which I truly appreciated.

Unlike experiences I’ve had at other locations, the service here was friendly, attentive, and genuine. The food was delicious, and the store itself was clean and inviting. I’ll definitely be returning to this location whenever I’m craving a sub!“

“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! Also the doordash driver for the first part of delivery didn’t really seem to care about the situation but the Papa John’s driver that brought the rest was absolutely amazing!“
