“We had a group of 7 on a holiday weekend and were very impressed with their ability to seat us right away. There is tons of outdoor seating with the tables being far enough away from each other that you don’t feel like you are invading someone else’s dinner. The food was good and the service was excellent. The view from the patio was very nice. I would highly recommend!“

“We found this place by accident, after several places we wanted to go to in Ashtabula were closed on Mondays. A happy surprise - we got two piled high brisket sandwiches, two sides each, and two drinks for $29. The owner is a personable guy who gave us good tips on covered bridges and beaches in the county. If we didn't live four hours away, we'd be back!“

“This restaurant is like a gold mine to me! Everything is homemade and delicious! The staff is very friendly and the portions are large enough to almost always have leftoversto get to enjoy another day. Today I tried the cabbage roll and it was just like my Mom used to make (great memory for me) I met so many nice staff members - and they even remember me and what I ordered last time. Pretty cool! Do yourselves a favor and stop in at Kay's for some yummy food....you won't be disappointed - trust me.“
