“There were 9 of us in attendance. This was our second year celebrating Valentine's Day at the Castle, and once again it did not disappoint. We had the best time! The decorations were adorable, the food was delicious and the service was TOP NOTCH! We will definitely continue this tradition.“

“Came in today. Order was wrong. Was supposed to get 3 medium fry’s and they gave us 3 smalls. I went in. They were super NICE! (Not the chick at the window) but the manager (I’m assuming) and the lady at the register inside was phenomenal! So very nice! They even gave us free Frostys! That’s customer service!!“

“"Any size cone for $1.99" is a great promotion, it's why we stopped by seeing their sign. Maybe too good, drive thru line was backed up so I went inside and that had a line as well. I stayed 10-15 minutes but the line didn't move much and I had to get on the road again. It was in the upper 90s tho and DQ's the place to go :)“

“Got a Frisco Burger and fries here today. The Texas toasted was not toasted at all. Pure white and soggy. Meat was cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. Not tomato at all. Very little mayo . Almost $10 for the meal. If I would have checked it before leaving would have taken it back. Can't go inside. Drive thru only. This used to be a good fast food restaurant. What happened,“

“Such a great restaurant. Last night me and my family went to Arby's for some dinner, and it was really good! The tables were wiped, the service was great, the food was even better, free refills on drinks, and they even gave us free french fries when we wanted extra food. Definitely recommended from me.
Parking: We went to Arby's at around 7 pm to 8 pm, so they were pretty empty. There were a lot of parking spots available, which made it very quick and easy to find a spot.
Kid-friendliness: Arby's kids meals are just as delicious as normal meals. The kids claimed that they loved the fries and liked how crispy the nuggets were. They even liked the toys that came inside. They were really happy to see that you can get 2 toys per meal. The theme is also creative (prehistoric dinos) I recommend the kids meals and so do my own kids.“

“The food was hot and properly prepared to my order. The fries are always fresh and super hot. Delicious. I don't know why atmosphere is included in chain fast food reviews. It was Hardee's chic.
Parking: This location has a strip mall feel as it is attached to two other restaurants and a Love's travel center.“

“Stopped on our way thru town to get food for our 3 hr drive. Walked in, all of the employees have on coats - the place was so cold inside. Cleanliness was my first concern with people wearing bulky coats preparing food. I watched as the prepared our sandwiches and was satisfied with what I saw. It was still sad that employees working in a kitchen environment were so cold they needed coats.“

“the South Bloomfield location has 2 very toxic female employees, one shift manager and one assistant manager,,, they talk crap about previous employees who've quit because of their 2yr old attitudes, and they also talk about past employees families, well, they are messing with the wrong family cuz it's only going to cost me a whopping $25 bucks to file a defamation of character suit,, I pay taxes to live in this community and I refuse to be treated in such a manner,,, this is a franchise, not cooperate owned,,, businesses need to start doing random drug testing, especially this location seeing how there's drug use happening on the premises which explains these 2 employees toxic manners,,, so far the owner of this franchise is ignoring the situation as for I met her a few days ago and over the phone,,,,I would not recommend this location mainly for employment, but if these 2 treat coworkers the way they do, I wouldn't be surprised if they say horrible things about their customers as well,, the problem with most, they just let things go, well I don't do that in these situations, these 2 employees need to be permanently discharged and never be rehired back again, so seeing how the managent is afraid to fire toxic people, we'll just bring it to a judge, cuz not only are they toxic in the workplace, they are toxic to the community and should be ashamed of themselves, people like this are only unhappy with themselves which is why they treat others so horribly“

“The service is always top notch at this location. Workers and management are always friendly and courteous even when dealing with a rush, or irritable customer.
Sandwiches are always on point and delicious; hot or cold. The place is always kempt and clean.

“Food was fine, better than a lot of McDonald's ive been to, but the bathroom, even as soon as they opened, was pretty bad! Friendly service, but they were more worried about cleaning the clean parking lot than the restroom. One time visit, can't say its always like that!“

“I've been to a lot of DQs over my life, and this one by far is consistently the quickest. Every time I've gone here the workers are friendly, and they clearly have a system that works for them. I will say I have yet to get any regular food here, I have only gotten ice cream related items.“

“The food was very good it was fixed correctly but feel that you do not get an adequate amount for the price, your chicken nuggets were paper thin and your double cheeseburgers have shrink the size of a White Castle slider if I have to pay that much for something that small I might as well go there!“

“My aunt and I took a road trip to Columbus, on our way home we were both starving so decided to try to find a great place to eat when we noticed the typical restaurants in circleville non of witch sounded appealing. I saw a sub sign then decided I had to have jersey Mike's. I googled it and awesome there was one in the area where we were. As soon as we entered everything was welcoming Clarence and Christine were 2 of the most wonderful business owners you could ever meet. When they realized that my aunt Judy had never eaten at a jersey mikes they were so wonderful. I highly recommend going there for delicious food perfect atmosphere and 2 of the nicest people you could ever meet. Be sure to put the red pepper relish on your sub it's adds such a wonderful accent. My aunt loved it so much she is telling all her family members that they must try one. I will promise you that the best one you will ever eat will be in Circleville in the Walmart plaza with Clarence and Christine!!! BTW the veggies were so fresh so was the bread and Christie was very very generous with the fresh deli meat and cheese. It was a perfect wonderful experience!!!“

“Initially, the food was a little cold, but I went back and asked for warm food and they were more than gracious to give it to me. I understand how the fast food industry works. It's fast food because they need to get it out fast, but if you ask for warm food, they will more than oblige. Good job and great customer service!“

“When ordering a turkey bacon club or any other sub with bacon they always ask at the end if you want bacon. Well yeah. why don't they ask if you want the other meat.
People will tell you if they don't want something on the sub“

“This is around fast food level, but surprisingly good for what it is. We went there for the other people in my group as I am NOT a chili person, but I had the Mac and cheese (good), and the baked potato (better!). The potato was huge for the cost, loaded up, and had butter pretty well throughout it, not just on top. I could do that for a lunch! Was pleased with the visit beyond what I expected!“
