“Veranda is a quaint restaurant bar with plenty of outdoor seating in the summer. I would highly recommend their Happy Hour Surf and Turf. . It is a small filet and shrimp with asparagus and potatoes. The happy hour portion is perfect for me. If you are a big eater you can order two of them. At $14 apiece it is still a great value! The atmosphere is older adults and the inside is cozy. Outside, festive lights create a relaxed and carefree summer feeling. In the summer they have live bands outside and dancing. On occasion there may be an acoustic type singer inside creating a pleasant dining experience. There is plenty of free parking!I gave service lower rating only because the bartender is not very friendly. I have been there several times for happy hour and she rarely smiles and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. One time, when she waited on me she said “ You only have minutes to put your Happy Hour order in”. Maybe she is having a difficult time, but you think the phrase “ Happy Hour” might dictate being Happy!“

“I had my son's birthday party here and everything about it was awesome! I have had birthdays at other places, but nothing compares to this. The hosts we had for the party was friendly and helpful. Bowling and games were fun. They went out of their way to make the birthday boy feel special. I would highly recommend it.“
“Culver's is a great fast food chain. The burgers are very good - I highly recommend the sourdough melt as a very yummy patty melt. Get the cheese curds. This particular Culver's had extra helpful and friendly staff. And, of course, the frozen custard is a can't miss (the classic soft serve is superior to the special mix in offerings - it holds its body better, doesn't start out too melty).“
“Went to the Avon location for lunch with my grandsons. I was worried as it took a bit of time to get a table even though we were the only ones in line and there were a number of open tables. Well my worries were for naught. The service turned out to be awesome and the food was great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a casual place with good food, good drinks and great service!“
“I loved everything about this place. Cozy, friendly and most importantly, delicious! Sunday is half off all wines under 100.00.Great date night or dinner with the guys or girls. Would strongly suggest the lobster cakes, lobster pasta and pepper soup. A little on the pricey side but was well worth it.“
