“We had a group of nine and used two bays. Our server/host was Nani (I hope I spelled it right). She was fun and friendly and wonderful in helping us get set up. We ordered food which was delivered hot and timely. We all had separate checks and she was able to get the checks and payments right the first time. Good food, great game, excellent server and friends! What more does one need?!“

“Our church Dinner Group had a wonderful meal at Veranda this week. The Tomahawk was a big favorite! All 22 of us ate on the patio and our waitress was exceptional getting meals out and taking care of our bills in a timely, friendly manner.“

“I went to this LongHorn in Avon at the beginning of the week. I just wanted to relay my appreciation for the manager there and the staff for going out of their way to fix my steak multiple times. I wasn’t judged or given an attitude for my sensory issues and the management was incredibly understanding and apologetic. I think that had been one the best experiences I’ve had where I wasn’t made to feel bad for bringing up that my food wasn’t made correctly. There was some kind of miscommunication but they went out of their way to remedy that and be accommodating and understanding. Thank you for being kind.

Overall a very pleasant experience and very accommodating to those with Autism or other sensory issues. They could use a few table lights though as it was a bit hard to see in the dining room.“

“going out to restaurants, one can expect some slowness and issues. The issue we keep seeing is when our waiter is a bartender and a serving tables and the bar. When he has a friend drinking at the bar, he's consume by talking with his buddy. So one has to be very patient to get anything from him. The food quality very on occasion, from well cooked to just prepared and served. However, the price is reasonable to bring happy hours for their specials.“
