If you look up any typical search in Akron for best pizza de Checo's Pops up somewhere in the list. I know a couple of other folks you're in Akron that also love pizza and they Also gave honorable mention to Decheco's. I Head several different pizzas from locations around the area In which one or two Stands out and the rest are Good too above average; Anyway, I decided one evening on the way home to try these folks' pizza. No I have to say that it was the day before the holiday and an hour Before they closed but I ordered just a pepperoni and sausage pizza in which The service was Good but when I got home I wasn't very happy with the pizza Couple of different reason I Here as at this point it's not necessary. I did The need to leave a review because I was extremely disappointed Which to my surprise was met by very thoughtful response from the owner as well as a gesture for an amount off of my next purchase. I found that to be very respectable and given that there's nothing but good reviews and my lousy timing I decided to give it a go again. I even went back to the same shop that I got my first pie from And I have Extremely pleased that I did so. I can't yet say that I have a new favorite but I will say at this point I will be back as everything about your establishment from the way you handled a disappointed First time, pizza loving, customer On through follow up order which I have to say was fantastic. The pizza was cooked to perfection the toppings were on point & the ingredients are of quality origin. I Just want to say thank you once again to the owner and thank you to the folks in your S. Main St. store for doing a great job. Certainly have mastered your craft. I will surely be back and I will let others know What a great experience I had.Thanks again Decheco's.“

“I tried a beer flight first to see what I liked, and ended up getting the vegan burger! It was made with chickpeas I think (not in-house) but was yummy and had vegan cheese. I think they also have vegan flatbread and you could get the pretzel without cheese! Beer and vibes are great!“

Parking: Lots of parking but you may have to park close if it’s too full.. only happened to me once before in the summer“

“We just live down the street and have been going here for years. Had a bad experiance with over cooked burgers earlier in the summer and quit going. Today we decided to give it another try and we are glad we did. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and huge, very juicy and tasty. The value is the best I've seen anywhere we've been lately. Definately will be back soon. The young man who waited on us was super also, very polite and fast!“

“The only word I have for this place is, “Genius.” They smoked their tofu, created a spicy stout that stays with you in a pleasant way to continue that classic stout after taste and this place has a full vegan menu for those watching their cholesterol. What a killer place. Well there’s word numero dos… “Killer.” 10/10 would poop here again.

Edit: Adding a more serious opinion. This place is specific to their beer menu. Review it before coming in. As a brewer and past wine/brew supplies salesman I would say these beers are artisan and if that’s not for you, consider understanding that before you enter. Mostly stouts and darks, Christmas styles and the like. Unique beyond all means. I had a winter beer that felt like a warm blanket by the fire as I drank it. So if this IS for you, then I’d highly recommend getting in and exploring these beers. I believe the world beer cup has listed several of their beers as “best in the world” and I would agree.“

“My husband and I stopped by the Nervous Dog Coffee Bar for the first time today and we really like this place my Chai was great and his French coffee was perfect, we split a raspberry pastry which was also good. The prices are good better than other places we have been.“

“We stopped here after a full day at the Oktoberfest and I am so glad we did. This is like the modern day Cheers! We instantly felt at home at the bar while enjoying all of the great beers on tap. Will definitely stop again if we ever make our way back to the falls.“

“Neat little place with a natural brick wall and Star Wars paraphernalia. I had the liquid therapy which is a IPA and bad motivator which was a really good stout. Others had beer flights and enjoyed most of the beers but the food was mediocre and overpriced.. The pretzels are made from spent grain. Very good tasting but you will get shaft in your teeth. Server was very pleasant but not very attentive. Had to remind her about items missing from our order.“

“The Town Tavern in Green is an amazing place. Great staff and owners. I highly recommend this place in the summer! They always have some event going on. The newly designed interior really improved the atmosphere.“

“Great Food. Thank You! 😀 Recently relocated and food always smelled good when walking my husky. Decided to try it today. Door Dash and Skyway offered quick and quality service. We both approve of the great food!“

“Pizza and beer. Beer and pizza. Need I say more?

But I will. They offer quite a bit of Italian fare. There are no servers, and you need to go to the food counter and order. They will bring your food to your table. We ordered three different styles pizzas. Butter crust, a deep dish, and a thin crust. All came out of the kitchen in no time and were hot to order. I did like the sauce. There are quite a few pizza choices plus sandwiches, pastas, salads, and appetizers. Our food this night was pretty good.

Now the beer. You get a wristband and tap the beer tap before pouring. It will keep track of the size of the pour and charge you accordingly. I didn't count, but there are probably around 25 choices of brew on tap. I had a few of the taps sputter, so I did not get a full pour, but that was OK. It meant I could sample more styles.

The indoor seating is nice. Most are high tops. They also have a large outdoor patio area with a fire pit if you choose. The staff are friendly and continued to check on us, removing plates, getting us take home boxes, answering questions, and overall, they were attentive to our needs.“

“Food was good. There was no wait time to be seated but it did seem like it took a while to get a server. Though the server was nice she seemed to be having an off day. Food was brought out but we had to ask for silverware as they forgot to bring us some.“

“I picked up my food from their drive in windows, and the owners' son (maybe 12) was helping and was incredibly polite and kind and it made my day. Food as always was abundant and delicious. My wife's favorite Chinese restaurant did not disappoint at all.“

DoorDash messed up and put my order half way thru (meaning they charged me but never assigned a driver to my order) so Noah took it upon himself to Get in his personal car and drive my order to me!!!!
