All I hear is "Sorry, I can't". Finally, I drive off. Most pitiful McDonald's I have Ever encountered. And I Guarantee Poor Management has to do with it. You are located next to a Hospital with Doctors ,Nurses, patients, patients families. Be productive, with quality service. That's why we go to McDonald's! All over the world. We expect good ,quick, Friendly service. I go to one in Eastgate instead. Line moves quick, employees very nice, food good. Every time!!# That's the difference in Good Mangement! Good managers, good employees...“

“Yummy! It's nice having a coffee shop that is consistent. When I go to Dunkin, I never know how my Iced Latte will taste. Monday it might be great, Tuesday it taste like sock water, Wednesday its great, Thursday we are back to sock water... like why? Biggby however, gets it right and tasty every time. And the people there are very friendly. Great variety and cost. Love this place.“

“More of a praise than a review: Went this morning while another location was closed and they were SLAMMED! Every employee was going full speed and they were churning out orders at incredible speed. We had to wait longer than normal (no big deal) so I asked if I could get a pastry for my toddler so he’d be more amicable and the employee personally ran to grab it for me so he wouldn’t have to wait for it. Excellent service this morning during an extra stressful day for them.“

“I've always come to this location, and the people here are always really nice. The food here is great, I've never had a complaint at this location before. Today, this girl intervened when I asked for a recommendation for a drink. She said she made a brown sugar cookie, and butter pecan drink, (I've probably got the name of that wrong.) But, it is amazing!!! I highly recommend going to this location, you will not be disappointed. Five stars!“
