“We have eaten snappy tomatoes pizza for the past year now and we do not even eat pizza from anywhere else anymore every time we tried to eat at a different pizza place it never compares to snappy tomatoes Pizza they are extremely polite and have always double checked our orders to make sure everything was correct my only complaint if I actually had one about this place is that they don't have any tables for us to dine in here. It would be really nice to sit down here and eat. Keep up the good work guys 💯💪 great job to all the workers and staff that are there doing their job correctly“

“I remember this pizza chain in the mid-80's. One came to Fairfield, OH on route 4. If you if have viewed pic's of the deep dish pan pizza you'll notice the 1.25 inch wall of crust, in the 80''s and the toppings were level to the top edge of the crust it was truly a pie. Deluxe pizzas were delicious and filling! In today' s times not so much.“

“Today’s visit was terrible. Pizza had huge bubbles that were charcoaled and bottom wasn’t baked. Service was not good either. A small place that somehow accommodated a party of 10, 8 of which were loud teens. We were moved to accommodate these guests and they didn’t behave like someone their age should. Ruined a Sunday evening meal.“

“We ate at Lori’s American Pies tonight for the first time and loved it! We had the meat lovers; the a create your own with Korean bbq base, bacon and cheese and the Southern Charm (we got a small of each, the three of us wanted to try different things). They were all great! We also got a side of the street corn (it’s cold- and we loved it) and then for dessert we had a salted caramel whoopie pie to share. We all enjoyed our dinner. “Carry out and delivery only. I prefer it to the other location that is my delivery hub. I will often carry out here. Speed and accuracy are never an issue. And the workers are always upbeat. Someone may have a dad joke, another will ask about if you can settle their music debate and they aleays offer plates, napkins ans a pizza server. If they had dine in, they would have to build 3 floors, it would be so popular!

“Our waitress Sara was very attentive even though she was very busy. I had the just right lunch special with a Baked Royale, salad and kettle chips. My friend had the 3 meat calzone, it was loaded with cheese. Everything was very good. Very busy, but able to enjoy conversation and relax.“

Service is always incredibly amazing (especially since Covid hit) The FOOD, OH MY GOSH....always SO FLIPPING FRESH! Always warm and delightful. “I ordered a custom pizza with half pepperoni and half margarita. They have different sauces on them and I thought it was awesome that someone from the restaurant called to make sure I knew that those sauces might bleed into each other when they go through the oven. Clearly that's not something that they can control but they just wanted to make sure I was aware because they're two different flavors. The fact that they went out of their way to let me know meant a lot. Some places won't even let you customize a pizza with two different sauces on each half because of this. I used to work at a pizza place so I knew what I was getting into when I ordered it. And I'm glad they allowed me to have it the way I wanted it. It was absolutely amazing! That thin crust is so refreshing. It's kind of dangerous because you don't fill up and feel miserable as you're eating it like you do with most thicker crusts. You can eat a lot more of their pizza because of how light it feels. But gosh it's good! Actually I'm kind of craving it now that I'm talking about it. Haha.“

I’ve been to enough Pizza Huts In my life to know when one is being run properly, and the day shift, in particular, And at this location absolutely is. The place is clean, orders are right, and there’s a calm, purposeful rhythm that suggests this store is being managed—not merely endured.

That credit goes to Tiffany. Since I’ve frequented this location consistently for years, I know where my name not only because of my pizza, eating habits, but because she leaves an impression on you. You can tell she’s in charge because nothing feels accidental. The staff knows what they’re doing, the food comes out hot and correct, and there’s zero of that low-level chaos that usually sneaks into fast food operations. It’s efficient without feeling rushed, friendly without feeling fake.

“The custom calzone I ordered was delicious. The environment is wonderful, and the servers were nice. As much as I loved the food I received, I felt incredibly limited due to my seafood allergy. They do not have any separate fryer or grill for items to avoid cross contamination. This was a shame because I live very close by and would love to try more items on their menu some day. However, when businesses can't separate oil or the grill, then it means that customers who have a seafood allergy can't enjoy the restaurant at its fullest.“
