“Long wait but it wasn’t to bad staff were friendly and smiling my only gripe was it was so cold in there!! I’mAssuming no heat or it wasn’t working food was hot and delicious!!! I’m so happy they opened one up in my neighborhood I was so tired of driving to Beachwood Place welcome ??

Kid-friendliness: Nice kid menu

Parking: Had no trouble finding a parking spot“

“Was hearing so much about Charley's cheesesteak, the article in the Call and Post is what really pulled me in. Came and got Philly cheesesteak and Old school cheesesteak with classic lemonade, the sandwiches was delicious and the lemonade excellent. Will be returning. Welcome to the neighborhood 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽“

“Heard nothing but great things about this place so I stopped by because I was fairly close by and I had a craving for a cheesesteak. Unfortunately after driving around the block 3 times, I couldn’t find a place to park. So I wasn’t able to give them a try…I’m a westsider and I’m not normally in the area, so not sure when I’ll be back.“

“Cheesesteak Wizard is a local legend that never misses. I've made it my Wednesday ritual for years because the food is consistently incredible and the atmosphere is effortlessly cool.

Best cheese steak and fired pickles anywhere on Mayfield Road!“

“Deb Taylor - I always love it when ppl like you start right off with "foreigners who barely know how to speak English", and your post is FULL of spelling and grammatical errors. Pot, meet kettle.“

“I don't know who manages this Charley's😋on Broadway Avenue in the hood but I tell y'all this....their food is always HOT&FRESH to order. The customer service is 💯. The food is Delish!!!
Charley's is the BEST restaurant in that area. The one on Lee Road need help.... Young Stunners keep up the Great!!! customer service. To the owner those young adults rep Charley's to the fullest. Give them a raise will I give them a Praise for Excellence❤“

“the best burgers and waffle fries :)“

“Clean. Friendly. Letter from owner on wall said it well. They appreciate our business: nothing less than great product, happy service and clean environment is acceptable

Vegetarian options: More would be better. Would visit more often if more unique options.“

“There is only this sandwich and then everything else fights for second. INCREDIBLE. Fresh cut and cooked fries. Owner is fun, talks to people in the shop. Get here!!!“

“Food may have little room to improve. Compared to other Penn Station places, it needs little improvement. Comparing other sub joints, this place has better options to offer. Liked the service of the staff. Friendly, quick to serve, welcoming, and following individual requests without mistakes. Though we had carryout order but while waiting there we felt that the atmosphere was also good to sit there and enjoy the meal...“

“We enjoyed our visit. The prices are just tad high. The food was really good though, and I liked the cheese sauce withmy waffle fries. The man who took our order wasnice and helpful. The lobby REALLY could have usedsome attention as all of the tables weredirty and trash was scattered around. It sure is a busy place as well.Oh, by the way, they've got lemonade and fruit punch. If you mix 2 parts lemonade and 1 part fruit punch... you get Sweetarts.?“

“I’m so glad Charley’s Cheesesteaks are popping up, it’s been awhile since I’ve had one at Randall Mall (telling my age) but any who, it’s still really good. This time I got the wings and they were exactly what I was looking for. My husband had the chicken Philly, it had plenty of meat and for the size it was worth the price. Recommend for lunch or just needing a quick snap.“

“This place is very good!
Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

I got wings, fries (with bacon and cheese) and a regular lemonade. The Scorpion Sting flavor on the wings has a wonderful kick of spice! The fries are my favorite in the entire city! Everything was made fresh to order.
10/10 stars. Definitely will be back“

“The best value in town. Every variety of hoagie from steak, chicken, turkey have been fantastic. The fries are fair fries and at 4$ for a small the portion is bigger than 2 McDonald's fries put together. Have never had a bad hoagie here. Hoagies are overfilled and will fill you up and left overs for later“

“The Romanburger was amazing!!!😋“

“The food was hot and the Gloden sauce was flavorful my only complaint and here is why I give it 4 stars I asked for a cup of ranch for my chicken and it cost $1.00 for a 2oz cup I know the world is suffering but come on it could have been at least a 4oz or 5oz but I still will order food from here because the customer service was excellent and I love ❤️ me a good wing“

“I order online…that’s really easy! My sandwich is always ready when I arrive! My sandwich is delicious and exactly as I ordered it. And…the fries, forget about it! The staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s nice to know there are still places that care about their customers!“
