“1st time here. This chain was new to me. Veteran themed decor, wasn't in your face but definitely honored those who served this country. IMO week done. Offer the usual barbeque items. I ordered a brisket plate and was not disappoint. Meat was very tasty and tender. Nice selection of sauces. Personal favorite was The Memphis styled one followed by the Carolina. I enjoyed the Cole slaw as a side. Will definitely be looking for this restaurant in future travels“

“We used Dickey's Springboro for catering at our golf outing and it was a huge hit. The customer service was top notch, you will feel at ease with a call the day of. Rick had great tips for our staff that would be serving the meal and was very detailed in explanation of stuff. It helped us have a successful event. “My wife and I went to Longhorn to have a nice, better meal. We were mostly rewarded with that--a good meal at a moderate price. Our meal began with some warm bread and perfect mixed greens side salads. I had a nice chopped steak, topped with mushrooms and onion slices, and a tasty loaded baked potato. My wife had a very delicious half rack of barbeque ribs and a baked potato. We opted to share a dessert, the strawberry shortcake. Alas, it had frozen, white strawberry pieces surrounding a very nice, delicious three-layer torte-style shortcake We had very good, attentive service. We did end up with a moderately priced meal that we really enjoyed.“

I am so Sorry to heard that and you mentioned this picture to our website, unfortunately this boneless not from my store even I am not used uncooked boneless wings , beige napkins and also not used black fork at my restaurant at all , I don't know where you got this picture ??? If you are a real customer you can come to the store and get your refund. I don't know what is your purpose but it's completely unfair to give wrong review .
