“I have been to this location twice this year. Both my experiences have been great. Today I tried something different, Chicken Noodle soup. It was good for most part nothing fancy or super flavorful. I really love the Broccoli Chedder soup & the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Those are my go to that I get everytime.“

“we both got chicken and gnocchi soup, it's our fav! had an issue with one dish that came out, it was much much more oily that anticipated, to the point we couldn't handle eating any of it, but our server (i believe her name was Madi) was extremely nice and understanding! replaced it with a different meal and didn't charge us for the other one either. incredible experience! we almost always fill up on the unlimited soup and bread, but it's still worth it because then you get a whole other meal to bring home!“

“The wife and I went here for a date night and were able to get seated right away by putting our names in ahead of time. The food was good as usual. Service was quick and friendly. One improvement would be the booth we sat at, and the inside of the restaurant are starting to look a bit worn/run down. Not terrible, but noticing that things are heavily used. Otherwise, we enjoyed our dinner and evening!“

“I stop by here I stop by a couple days ago..... Our cup of soup, a bowl of soup, and a grilled cheese sandwich, I heard a total of thirty dollars... So, I asked her repeat that order.... I didn't want the excuse for why third dollars for so little food.. She told me a grilled cheese sandwich is nine dollars.... “With all due respect, this particular store needs to get its act together! It is close to my office, the food is good, and so I go there (usually carry-out) at least once a week. However, in the last month, I have had my order screwed up three times! I am certain I am not unique, so how many other orders get screwed up? In the last month, I have had to return twice, once because the baguette was not included and today, because I didn’t have salad dressing. (Because of the prior incidents, I even checked that I had the correct salad before I left the store—didn’t think I had to look to see if I had salad dressing!). The other time was when I dined in, and received the wrong salad. I didn’t complain then. I’ve been to this store many, many times in the past and have never once had an incorrect order. Three times in a month—I would have to point my finger at management for lack of training, lack of quality control, or perhaps other issues. I have to wonder how many other customers have had issues with their orders, didn’t complain, and won’t be coming back.“

“Store was very cleanly— dining area, drink station, and bathroom were all well maintained and stocked. The employees were very kind and service was quick! Food was yummy. Big props to management. I definitely recommend the orange scone if they have them made. They are scrumptious! 😋“

“Carly and Matt are fantastic at welcoming customers! From the moment you walk in their bright and positive attitude brightens your day. I love coming in when they are working because it could definitely improve the day with their positive energy.

Of course the food is good and we know that already. People are what sets this business apart. I enjoy getting my drink with the sip club and I’m trying to get a taste of many things across the menu. Both Carly and Matt have made some excellent suggestions recently that turned out very good.
