“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. He ordered the curry and rice with chicken and I ordered the classic bibimbop with bulgogi beef. Our entrees were served with miso soup, which usually, I am not a fan. Theirs is amazing and I loved it! The staff was fast and very friendly, we were served very quickly. Our food was amazing! Beautifully plated and very fresh, amazing meals. We will definitely be back! Excellent experience.“

“Comfy coffee place. This is like a home away from home. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Managed very well! Organic coffee (hard to find now days) and freshly baked goods (from bakery in the same building). Pour overs are amazing! They assist the care and needs of battered woman. What a great way to support their community and you get to contribute by supporting them. Wow! So grateful for this generous and caring establishment. They have rewards punch card system which is a good way to pay it forward. +++ New goto when in town. :)“

“Hands down, I think DiBella's makes some of the best subs (both hot and cold) in the area. The amount of meat on the small subs is easily more than that on a Subway footlong (and MUCH better)! Management also seems to care about customers. When I recently wrote about an issue with being overcharged, I received a reply within an hour with an offer that MORE than compensated me for the difference. Keep it up!“

“This sandwich place is amazing! They got this cool concept where you pick a bag based on your protein, then load it up with whatever toppings you want. They have way more options than other sub shops, and the place is super clean. They also got a bunch of chips and cookies to choose from. The service is quick and friendly. I highly recommend checking them out!“

Everything was clean including bathrooms.
Bread was served quickly.
The food was just not good today for me personally. Shepherds pie was like soup with too many mushrooms that i didn’t know were included to start with. Mushroom gravy doesn’t imply chunks of mushrooms.
Daughter enjoyed fish tacos.
We both enjoyed the tiramisu !!!
Service was ok , nothing to write home about. Not very personable. Had to wait a long time for coffee, then the cake, then didn’t get the cream until later. Then had to wait for a box. Hostess was more personable ironically. They are doing great up front.
Worst part was price, $93!
No appetizers . Daughter had water. Guess typical nowadays but wow!!!!!“

“I have been to this location twice this year. Both my experiences have been great. Today I tried something different, Chicken Noodle soup. It was good for most part nothing fancy or super flavorful. I really love the Broccoli Chedder soup & the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Those are my go to that I get everytime.“
