“I was just diagnosed with celiac, so I remember very clearly (like last week) what “regular” cake tastes like.The GF cupcakes I had today (I tried 3) tasted absolutely no different from “regular” ones. I was blown away. I feel SO grateful that an entirely GF bakery even exists in the Dayton area.I was also surprised that the price for a cupcake ($3.50) was the same as what you would pay for similar size & quality as a regular bakery.Thank you, thank you for opening this bakery. “I never want to go anywhere else for great Indian food. I’ve tried to get something different every time I go and I’m never disappointed. Chicken tikka masala has been my favorite curry and all of the biryanis (literally all of them) have been amazing. They get the spice right every time and it’s especially impressive since everything is made from scratch. Been coming here about once a week for the past few months but sometimes I cheat and even come back the very next day. Desserts are unique and very flavorful as well!“

“Amazing food that never disappoints. We order from here often and everytime the meals are high quality and consistent. My go to meals are the Mixed Grill, Shawarma, sides of Baba Ganoush, Falafel, Grape Leaves, etc. The rice is also amazing. Adding a picture of the mixed grill that I just ordered for delivery.“

“Delicious! I had the gyro with fries. Came with a fresh Greek salad and of course I had to get some dessert! The baklava was just as good as everything else. Had a pickup order, so can't say much about the service, but when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and was the only one in the restaurant, so plenty of seating availability.“

“Amazing staff lily was great at helping us regarding the menu. She was new and seemed like she has worked there for years. The milkshakes were amazing. We will always come back!!!!Parking: Very small parking lot but worth the wait. I feel they need to buy a much bigger place to accommodate all the business they tend to get.Kid-friendliness: My daughter absolutely loves this place she says it's better than being home!!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, would recommend going during the slow times.“

“We sat on the patio in a light rain, and didn't get wet. Indoor seating available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Cute, small place that has great customer service and delicious food. I'm from out of town, but will definitely come back when I'm in town to visit friends again.Vegetarian options: The whole menu is vegan. Every dish looked amazing on the menu. We had tamarind rice bowl with eggplant, kale and chickpeas. Yummy!“

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“The restaurant is inside trail town brewing. The staff are polite and friendly. Be mindful the place got busy and the food was served was really slow (40-45 min after order). The tacos were great, small but flavorful. We tried almost all of them. I would recommend to get at least 4 tacos. The salsa was a bit sweet. Overall a good food in a brewery.“

“This place is just wonderful!I'm a vegetarian, and I'm also in school to become a dietitian, so I am always looking for nutritious grab-and-go options. My lunch was tasty, and, if I remember correctly, cost less than $8. They had plenty of choices and many dessert options, too. I went back and bought a brownie, and boy, was it good!“

“POV: you take a Monday day trip down to Yellow Springs from Columbus with your dog for some hiking and exploring. After turning up to several dog friendly restaurants only to find them closed (don't rely on google for accurate info here) and being turned away by several others that aren't dog friendly, you and your dog finally get a spot on the Calypso patio. THEN, you order the jerk chicken wings appetizer. Beautifully seasoned and crispy- the perfect protein punch you needed after a long hike. No, your dog does not indulge in the wings, but the server brings him a nice welcome little treat. You proceed on with your order: Mojo pork. Ridiculously tender, with vibrant flavors and colors popping throughout the dish. You throw some island slaw on the side for funsies and some crunch. You pass on dessert because you want another excuse to make it back to Calypso ASAP. Truly a gem of a place. I cannot wait to come back here- will make another trip to Yellow Springs soon just for this place alone. 12/10- don't sleep on this place.“

“Comfy coffee place. This is like a home away from home. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Managed very well! Organic coffee (hard to find now days) and freshly baked goods (from bakery in the same building). Pour overs are amazing! They assist the care and needs of battered woman. What a great way to support their community and you get to contribute by supporting them. Wow! So grateful for this generous and caring establishment. They have rewards punch card system which is a good way to pay it forward. +++ New goto when in town. :)“

“Everything about the Emporium speaks to Yellow Springs culture. I’ve heard it called the heart of the village. It’s a great place to grab a drink and breakfast or lunch, people watch, talk to new friends, quietly reflect, work, hear music at select times, and more. They offer a huge selection of wines and wine by the glass. Great outdoor patio. They’ve been making a lot of improvements, and it just keeps getting better!“

“Had a wonderful experience. What set the tone and honestly was the best part was the person taking our name for the waitlist, Chris. They were so personable, funny, and encouraging. Their energy remained that way the whole time. Saying sweet things and interacting with everyone. I saw them tell a 3-4 year old, “you are going to change the world”. Our waitress and food were also great. We were really impressed with Chris.“

“I say this with no hyperbole in my heart. This is the best meal I have ever eaten. I asked for the Vicks (???) burger where they freestyle it with the instructions "no pork and im hungry". I am a 6'6 350 lb man. They delivered. A mountain of a "sandwich" that was so large that the plate could not contain it all. There was no compromise on taste either. All components of the meal were in unison and pleasant, even foods that i am not so fond of were cooked to perfection. They even threw in 2 bonus tacos which have a complex flavor and are filled to the brim with meat and sauce. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Simply stellar.“

“I highly recommend this restaurant! We have never had a bad meal there. Of all the restaurants we go to, Sima is always one we return to more than any other. Friendly staff, home cooked food. My husband always says it's like what his mom used to make. Our go to appetizer is the agadashi tofu, Dduk Bbok Gi, or the Korean pancake. Last night we had the Squid dolsot and the Jaeyook Tofu & Kimchi. Loved every bite!“

“Good salad bar. We had mixed appetizers, which were very good. We got the make your bowl option with soup, salad. You take your bowl, fill it with noodles, veggies, meats, and other protein choices. Choose your sauces and flavors and bring it to the grill where it's cooked for you and then plated. Our server was helpful, attentive, kept our glasses full.One thing for our first time, we didn't know how much sauce to add and went light so our dinners were on the dry side but delicious. Next time we'll add more sauce. Or have water on hand to steam your food a bit while cooking. I've seen this done before in similar resturants. Again, fun dinner, good food, great service at a reasonable price. We'll be back“

“A classy atmosphere with very good Thai and friendly service, my only negative is that the food, while very good, is not quite as flavorful as some more authentic Thai restaurants that I have eaten. I got the spicy level of 4 of 1 to 4. They do have a more authentic Thai spice level that can be ordered. I wish I had done that. Might be more authentic. I will probably order that next time as it was definitely worth going back to eat at. Maybe the overall flavor will be more robust too. It is an excellent American Thai restaurant with an upscale flare.“

“Good place with great staff; each week when wife and I visit, the atmosphere is inviting and cheerful. Nicole and Jade are always attentive to when drinks need a refill as well as when any food may have any mishaps and they always do more than enough to correct any issues. They even remember when the wife and I forget to specify the veggie versions of a dish and write it in anyway. In short a great place with an amazing veggie gravy and even better staff.Vegetarian options: Most of the Vegetarian friendly options are labeled with a leaf while others can be ordered vegetarian friendly, such as biscuits and gravy being able to be ordered using veggie gravy.“

“Ordered vegan cupcakes for a baby shower and they were big hit! Very moist and each flavor was delicious! The icing was beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive.Dietary restrictions: A quarter of the guests were vegans and we wanted to make sure the bakery we chose was only vegan or at least vegetarian. All the ingredients were kosher and good quality.“

“We were in town to hit up the new comedy club and decided to stop here for dinner. Fun fact, it is the oldest Tavern in Ohio, so that made the atmosphere feel really olde time and inviting). We were sat inside in the back corner and my husband and I couldn't sit across from each other without our legs touching, but we made the most of it! The cheese curds were AWESOME and we really enjoyed them. The wings were also super yummy! It did take some time to get served, but It was also packed in there from the Eclipse and I bet they aren't use to a mad rush like that on any normal day of the week.“

The only problem was that I was looking so forward to my leftovers and they ended up getting mixed up with one of my daughters and I didn't realize it till I got home. Boohoo. “Aahar is one of the nicest, most sincere people you will meet in Yellow Springs. He's an absolute joy to talk with while deciding on which delicous meal to order. If you ever find yourself out and about YS and need a lovely meal, go see Aahar. Highly, highly recommend the Saag Paneer, it is creamy and the chunks of paneer are big and plentiful. I used to be a big garlic naan person but I tried the onion and I don't think I'll ever go back, PACKED with flavor. Thank you for a great meal, and even better conversation Aahar!!!“

Decided to just go for it this past Friday night...so glad we did. The service, food, and atmosphere were very appealing. Believe all of the great reviews. “I stopped by Witch Wich on a Sunday afternoon while out running errands. I was planning to get it yo go, but I changed my mind when I saw the welcoming environment and semi comfortable seating. I was immediately greeted and asked if I'd ever been there before. I think it was probably obvious that I hadn't because I walked right up to the counter, which is not how it's done. It's pretty cool, actually. You walk over to a table on the right and fill out a bag with your name and order on it. With my dairy allergy, I was advised to write that directly on the bag. That bag became my order ticket and the bag my sandwich was put in! Cool, right? Especially for my dairy allergy! Anyway, I ordered the California Club with water and fries. I was immediately impressed by how quickly the food was done. The fries were served in a cup with foil over it, which kept them super hot. I ate half of them before I even touched my sandwich because they were so good and hot. When I tried my sandwich, I had two problems. 1. They forgot the avacado and 2. The bread was quite crispy, but that might be personal preference. A very kind employee offered to remake the sandwich for me, but of course, I told them that wasn't necessary. They could just give me the avacado, and that worked fine. All in all, I'll probably give back. They had a great allergy menu online and a lot of different kinds of sandwiches. I might ask for the bread to be lightly toasted though.“

“Hands down, I think DiBella's makes some of the best subs (both hot and cold) in the area. The amount of meat on the small subs is easily more than that on a Subway footlong (and MUCH better)! Management also seems to care about customers. When I recently wrote about an issue with being overcharged, I received a reply within an hour with an offer that MORE than compensated me for the difference. Keep it up!“

“This Panera in Beaver Creek OH is very large compared to the ones we have been to. It had lots of space to choose from for dining in. The food was still true to the taste we love at Panera. Service was fast and correct on the order. The location is a corner in a large metroplex of shopping center stores. We parked nearby in a large lot for free parking for shoppers. I have noticed that they have gone up on their prices for their food too. We still love it though because we know we are eating healthy there.“
