“They did a great job on my Granddaughter's Birthday cake. They made the cake from a picture and it was spot on! This is a lost art now days. They are very talented and do a great job! Don't look anywhere else if you need a cake for any occasion!“
“My wife ordered me a cake for my birthday. I love carrot cake, but it’s hard to find a good one. Not something that seems to be too common any longer… Long story short, this was one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had. Very moist, good texture from the nuts and a little soft pop from the carrots. Simply Amazing!! ! We also tried their Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle Cookies and their Banana Nut Muffins. I’ve never been much of a fan of snickerdoodle cookies(wife loves them), but these were very good. Soft and chewy and just a good cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing, slight hint of salt just to enhance the flavor of the chocolate. The muffin was moist and had a great banana nut flavor. Pretty much everything we received was extremely well baked and delicious!!!“

“I had a longer than normal wait for the cookies using Curbside Service while everyone else seemed to be getting their cookies inside 🤷 was told there was a wait on cookies to come out of oven but saying that the first cookie I tried was very doughy and seemed underdone which was the Funnel Cake Cookie. I do not like this cookie as there is no funnel cake flavor just doughy with powdered sugar on top. 😞“
“Whoever made the donuts in the bakery for today did a fantastic job and deserves some recognition if not a raise!! They're so fresh, baked to perfection, decorated beautifully and with love. I really do hope they see this review or a coworker shows them because most people these days don't care about how the food they're cooking tastes because they're not eating it, but this person definitely does care from start to finish when baking these donuts!!“

“We bought cupcakes for our sons birthday two years in a row now! Just a heads up for everyone, we got blue icing on his large cupcake, it was all over his shirt. Blue stains. We rinsed it overnight in water then threw it in the wash, no more stain! Whatever food coloring they use is easily removed from the wash.“

“This is the worst customer service of any Grater’s I have been to (Dayton and Columbus areas). The guy at the window was rude. My sundae was made incorrectly and when I requested they remake it the way I actually ordered it the server got an attitude. I would rather travel to Far Hill Ave location than ever return to the one in Beavercreek.“
