“I haven't had a bad meal yet but once a month 8 of us call in for reservations for Saturday. I called for reservations for tonight and they said hold on one minute please and never returned to the phone. I waited 5 min then hung up. not the way to treat a group of paying customers”

“If you’re heading to Casa Mexicana and don’t get David as your waiter, turn around and come back another day. The man is a legend. He’s got the service skills of a five-star maître d’ and the sense of humor of a stand-up comic on Taco Tuesday. David kept our chips full, our drinks topped off, and our table laughing like we were at a comedy club that served enchiladas. He even remembered our complicated order without writing it down — either he’s a wizard or he’s got Bluetooth hooked up to the kitchen. Whatever you’re paying David… triple it. And if anyone even thinks about firing him, I will personally come down there with a mariachi band and stage a protest. Save David. Support David. Tip David generously. 🌮😂”

I was grateful to immediately have a human correct the order, but I had to wait until I got to the window to get the total. I think using AI for this is not an improvement. If there wasn't a person to immediately help, I would have been frustrated. There was a bit of a wait until the single vehicle in front of me got their food. I got exactly what I ordered, and it was good. Thank you, humans!”
