“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.“

“Nice clean location. They get you in and out. They are always so nice to me, too! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon before shopping and had some lunch. Their sandwiches are always hot and tasty. I love the pickles, too. Lemonade is delightful, too. Charleys is better than Subway to me. I tried the Cali chicken sub cause i usually got the teriyaki at the mall.! It was awesome. I definitely will stop again when I'm in the hood again!“

Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

“I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. Highly recommend this location“

“This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“

“Whoever the gentleman that was working tonight 7/25 really had his act together I’d come back just for his hospitality alone didn’t get a sandwich as I arrived just before closing time and he was more then willing to throw some jalapeño poppers and PEPPERONI & CHEESE BITES in the fryer for me as a truck driver from out of town never had this chain before but I’ll definitely be on the lookout to try it again in the future“

“Staff was great and seemed to work well together. They took my order for four subs and waffle fries, made the food, and I was back out the door quickly. Everything in the order was perfect, even with special requests on each sandwich. The whole place looked clean, including the restroom. Excellent experience!“

“Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I'm happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It's one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can't blame them, that's everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn't dine in but wouldn't hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I'll print the email I got so I don't have trouble finding the order number next time.“

“Love their food, everything is cooked fresh to order but it doesn’t take that long since they always have a lot of people working. My husband and I eat here probably once a month. We went here today and one of the workers gave us free cookies while we were eating shout out to you lol. Not super cheap it’s about mid range, like a step up from fast food. Worth it though.“
