“Though it was quite busy, we had an excellent experience. The kitchen crew obviously works seamlessly, our food came out hot, fresh, and perfect. Our waitress was a delight, Linda, man, you're an all star!If you haven't had the fries, even if you come for the pies, GET SOME FRIES. Best I've had in years, maybe my whole life. Can't wait to go back! 10/10“

“Such an Amazing little spot in Vermillion. Luckily called for a reservation before they opened for the day. Spoke with John the owner and he hooked us up with a nice 2 top. Tight space, but very well utilized. The food and swrvice was fantastic!“

“My partner and I stopped for lunch on a whim after picking up my car from the shop. Oh my goodness 100% returning! We got the loaded ruben fries, the Ruben fitters, and chedder stuffed pretzels. It sat in the car for 30 minutes on the drive home and it was still fanaminal. The pretzel bites are deep fried so they are bubbly and it's such a fun texture. We got to wrong sauce with our fritters but I'm honestly greatful! The mustard sauce that came with them was like a mustard vinngarate and we are using the remainder on a kale salad tonight because it just went so well with all of our items. The fries are massive and I got many more then 12 pretzels! Also so reasonably priced I spent 32$ with tip for all of it. The fritters are a must try, if you walk away without them you should turn around. I love to find local spots so support small and this was a great stop!Parking: Its at the Masonic Lodge for some reason. If there isn't many people there there is lots of parking“

“Was in there a few years ago. They had Abraham Lincoln's business card framed and hanging on the wall. I asked if that was REALLY Lincoln's actual business card. The waitress had no idea. So maybe it is, or maybe it isn't.Food was good. It's just your typical warm, friendly, small town diner that may or may not have a real cool authentic piece of 19th Century antebellum Americana hanging on the wall.“

“WOWIE!The moment each dish I tried reached my mouth, every single tastebud on my tongue was like its own volcano, erupting with sensational delight. The wings were perfect, with just enough crisp. The addictive calzones were the bees knees (had the popper calzone, and BBQ Pork n Beef)And the spinach and stewed tomato pizza was an exquisite balance. The crust was a masterful balance of soft and crispy, the toppings were perfectly pleasant and plentiful, the oil a magical touch, and the marinara was a delicious dipping pool of heaven sent mana I barely resisted drinking straight from the bowl.Long love Jim’s Pizza Box.“

“A decent place for a quick bite. The food is ok but not what I would say is great. Had a Cod sandwich that was basically a couple of fish sticks between two buns. The French Fries were very good. The atmosphere was nice, with fun and vintage decor to take in while waiting for the food to show up.The service and staff were so friendly and seemed to be happy with their work. Very on the ball with everything. ?“

“Popped into this great lil spot while in the area, lucked into an immediate table that had just opened up as we arrived. Enjoyed a great home cooked breakfast, the family liked their omelets and hash browns. I thoroughly enjoyed my bacon & eggs on a perfectly toasted bagel. And we shared a tasty cinnamon roll for dessert.“

“This was our first time here with friends who invited us out for the Friday fish fry. Smaller place, very busy, but the staff was on top of it and we had great service, a great time, and the food was fantastic! Lake Erie perch and walleye bites were spot-on. Will definitely stop again whenever in the area.Parking: Parking on street or lot in back.“

“Excellent dining experience. Service en pointe/friendly/little to no wait for anything. Clean, comfortable. One thing kept me from total 5 star rating.....the side of sausage gravy I got was generous in portion, tasted so good but was cold. Not slightly warm unfortunately but cold. Ate some anyway but took most home to heat up later. Will be back. Thank you!“

“Ordered for our first time from here tonight. We got a Reuben foldover and a cheeseburger foldover and both were amazing. The girl on the phone was so polite and answered our few questions we had. We will definitely be coming back. Delicious food.“

“This is a neat little place. We've been here once before on a lazy day and had a few apps and a libation. It has taken us too long to get back considering we only live a mile away. Today we went for the Bloody Mary bar. I liked how they did this...fill out your card and the drink is made to order - perfectly made and spicy; just how I like it.They were busy. The Browns were on TV and we were hoping to see the game. Unfortunately the one table without a view was the only table available. Guess what? As soon as another table opened up, the server asked us if we wanted to move. She did this without us saying anything. How awesome was that? Our food was tasty. Great burger. I didn't care for the sweet potato fries as they were a bit soggy, but that was my choice. I could have ordered regular fries. The pretzel was great, too.We will definitely be back and encourage others to stop by to have a drink, food, and nice times.“

“The food is good, not outstanding, but it is consistent. Service was good.Parking: Parking is limited, often having to park in the back and walk around to the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in front. The only thing is that there is nothing on the ramp to prevent slipped when the ramp is wet. The ladies' room is equipped to a wheelchair.“

“I recently got a job inside Wakeman.... first time ordering. I wasn't feeling good. Ordered soup for my lunch break... drove up there (forgot my wallet at work) they let me take the soup... with JUST my word, that'd I'd come back the next day to pay. (And yes I went back and paid!)But I couldn't believe it... even as I was eating it... it didn't feel real. I'm so thankful! And yes the soup made me feel better“

“These burgers MELT. I’m telling you. Greasy, sure, but they melt in your mouth. I’ve eaten here several times, and every time the food has been filling and tasty. Fries are great, well salted, and perfectly cooked. The wraps are great as well, and are always stuffed well. But the best part, BEST part, hands down, is the burgers. Fantastic burgers, they melt, they have cool special burgers and they all taste spectacular. Staff are respectful and quite nice. You don’t have to wait super long for food, either, very quick service even on busy days. Fantastic restaurant and will eat here again, and again and again.“

“Such a cozy little spot to have lunch, tucked away in downtown Vermilion. The coffee was very nice. We had a wonderful server, and the other staff were kind and intentional as well! The interior is vibey and fun, a warm retreat from the cold weather outside. ☕️ ☮️“

“I Love their pizza and subs; just tried their burger and it was fabulous! Tuesdays the burgers are $11. You can also get hot pizza by the slice next door at Country Breeze, as well as whole pizzas you can cook at home. To digress, you can also get hot chicken tenders etc at Country Breeze.“

“I have tried both dinner/lunch items and breakfast items. The brussel sprouts are the most delicious item. The cinnamon roll was soft & perfectly done. However I only gave them 4 stars because there have been some items I feel could use improvement. The French toast with ricotta-the French toast portion was cooked to perfection however the ricotta topping was lacking in flavor. Also the veggie burger could be tastier.Overall a very good establishment, atmosphere eating in is awesome & the servers are always nice, service is quick. Definitely recommend.“

“My review is solely based on breakfast. We stayed at Captain Bell and received a gift certificate for breakfast. It’s a cute and quaint home, loved the atmosphere and we were able to get seated quickly. Service was great and drinks, coffee and food came quick. Coffee was constantly refilled which I truly appreciate that from an avid coffee drinker. Would recommend when in town and looking for a good breakfast.“

“Was very loud as the place was packed with a mostly older crowd that couldn't hear that well.Found this gem while looking for a place to eat and kill time due to the nonstop rain on my visit to nhra.Didn't get her name, but "Kentucky Blue" was awesome at her job.Hope this restaurant sticks around if I'm able to return next year.Must visit if you are nearby.“
“Wow! Try the Nut Classic; a sundae as old as time itself --that's why it's a classic! Try the footlong dog grilled. I like kraut (good fer digestion) & mustard & onions. Damn....it's legit with a grilled bun too & ample mounds (yes, plural on mound!) of kraut! Fries are hot & delicious. Owners & staff are kind, courteous, & their pride shows in the food they serve. This is a must stop on the way home from Cedar Point if you live in The Land. Easy access from Rt2 and plenty of room to spread out when you get here + a large lawn for letting the kids run around a bit!“

“We had breakfast here. The food was really good! You have the option to upgrade your home fries to corn beef hash, which my husband enjoyed. My older daughter had the pancakes, which were fantastic! I had the bacon, eggs, home fries and toast meal, which was very good. My younger daughter ordered the French toast and bacon from the kids' menu, which she said was good. However, there was not nearly enough food in the kids' meal, as she only got 1 piece of thin French toast and 1 slice of bacon. All in all, it is a very good restaurant to eat at, but don't order from the kids' menu unless your child is 2-3 years old.“

“A truly unique experience. Even though it is early October the deck is still inviting. Overlooking the bay it's warm and friendly. We sat inside because the misty rain that was on and off. Your greeted with warn and friendly hellos from the staff. Abbie(sp) was our server/bartender. One word... Excellent!!! Attentive yet not overbearing and as busy as the place was she was on top of it. Now for the good part. We ordered the Spinach Dip to start, creamy, fulll of flavor, and a huge portion, then the mains My wife had a Cobb Sala with the Avocado Bacon Ranch dressing. It was a Large salad, way more than she could eat, of course I tasted it was delish. I had the Walleye Platter with twisted Fries. Yep Grandslam is the best way to describe it. Noy greasy. Not fishy smelling, and a perfect portion size. It is worth the drive to Huron to eat there, and you will be making plans to go back. One more thing, Make sure Chris has a Black Tee shirt in your size, light blue is fine, but next time I'll get black“

“Ordered while staying in Norwalk for the weekend. “First time but it sure wont be the last!! They are serving $15 burgers here WITH fries or tots for ONLY 11.99!!! We started off with a Bavarian pretzel app and it was delicious!! Hot and soft with beer cheese and honey mustard. I got the bacon egg and cheese burger and they were happy to add some Mayo-the egg drizzled right through the bun-a m a z I n g ! ! My sweet wife went for the chicken fajita wrap with tots and it was incredible!! Great price, food and atmosphere!! Plenty of room for a nice size group and plenty of parking-you need to get down here!!“
“We enjoyed it here quite a bit. CP has done a nice job with the place and it seemed clean and well run. The golf course is very nice and actually pretty challenging. We also really enjoyed the pool which was well done and a nice place to hang out. It's less of a "resort" than the Breakers but still a nice place to stay and the drive to CP wasn't bad. The weekend got pretty loud as there were a ton of kids there for baseball tournaments and this is the closet property to the Sport Complex. However, Sunday night was very quiet. We didn't eat the resort but the food looked good but a little pricey. I read a lot of complaints about the price however, when you compare to the other hotels in the area and especially the other Cedar Point properties the price isn't bad at all.“

“The Bob Evans in Norwalk is a great place to eat. I love the southwest avocado chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and fresh fruit. The biscuits are wonderful. “Loud, slow service, decent food. ?⚓??I've been back a few times over the past four years and everything has improved as far as my experiences go. My family likes to eat there also, of course they are all younger and enjoy the atmosphere more than this old man. ??“

“It's February so we couldn't sit outside, but my sister-in-law and I really enjoyed our first time having lunch here. We had a horrible experience at the restaurant by the water in Huron and we're just looking for new places to have lunch. The service was great, food was very good (although I would've liked more than four onion rings), and we plan to go back when the weather gets nice ?“
