“It’s tough to take a family of 6 out to eat because we are always concerned about how to get quality food, great service and in a timely fashion. I’ll just say we were blown away by our experience here. By the time we walked over to the booth to get seated, the food was being delivered to our table. Very friendly staff.And then, the burger. I’ve been to plenty of places where it was obvious the burger assembly was an afterthought, but this burger honestly looked better than the one on the menu board. It was flawless - fresh melted cheese, crisp green lettuce and a *good tomato* slice (not a colorless one like other places). Seriously did not expect such an impressive experience. We will be back!Kid-friendliness: We loved how clean the dining room was. That’s a big deal when our kids are going to drop food on the table no matter what we may do“
“When we stopped to get food we went through the drive-thru. The boy on the speaker either couldn't hear us or didn't pay enough attention.I didn't get my drink I paid for and I asked 3 times for onion rings and they weren't even on the bill. I went inside and the manager saw me standing with receipt in hand. I explained to her what happened. She took care of all of it. She was the nicest manager I have ever met in food retail. I wish I had gotten her name. I appreciate the way she took care of things. She is a shining example of how a real manager should conduct themselves and lead the team. Thanks so much!!!“
“I always believe that if anyone can nail the soft serve vanilla, they can make any other flavor. It felt like a fresh breeze of air going through my brain when I had it here. I haven’t felt like that in a long time when having ice-cream. We were worried if would find “our” ice cream shop in ohio but this place reassured us! ❤️ Will keep coming back as long as you guys are open!“
