“Beth, Gus, and rest of the staff I don’t know everyone’s name but they have the very best customer service, my grandson is Autistic and they always accommodate his needs, making him feel special, they make him his pizza exactly to his liking which keeps me very happy! They have great food choices and reasonable prices. You can eat outside now too if you want which is great on nice days! The only thing left needed is a pick up window would b awesome !“

“We have been ordering from this location for 5 years and it’s always a great experience. One person stands out for her excellent customer service is Cathy! We’ve had positive things to say about her as our delivery driver on numerous occasions. For example, last night a soda and sauce wasn’t delivered with the order and she called and was already on her way to deliver the missing items before we even knew it was missing (we did contactless delivery last night). No other delivery drivers have ever done this for us. If every restaurant had a Cathy, customer service would be through the roof! Thank you, Cathy!“

“We have eaten snappy tomatoes pizza for the past year now and we do not even eat pizza from anywhere else anymore every time we tried to eat at a different pizza place it never compares to snappy tomatoes Pizza they are extremely polite and have always double checked our orders to make sure everything was correct my only complaint if I actually had one about this place is that they don't have any tables for us to dine in here. “I remember this pizza chain in the mid-80's. One came to Fairfield, OH on route 4. If you if have viewed pic's of the deep dish pan pizza you'll notice the 1.25 inch wall of crust, in the 80''s and the toppings were level to the top edge of the crust it was truly a pie. Deluxe pizzas were delicious and filling! In today' s times not so much.“
