“I started working in the area about 6 months ago and I love mom and pop diners for lunch. Since I have visited Scotty's Cafe I have been eating lunch here every day (literally 5 days a week), you can't beat the atmosphere the food is amazing and the owners are definitely one of a kind. Gina and Scotty make you feel like one of the family,the staff is amazing,and you always look forward to your next visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10 every visit.“

“We were staying across the street and ventured over to first watch for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The place is busy but we were seated immediately. The waitress was super friendly. First of all, the food could be terrible but we’d still come back because the wait staff is so personable and friendly. But the food is also always amazing so that is a perk! “Really good food it’s almost impossible to not overheat because the food is so good. They have really great service. No weird smells inside the restaurant and I’m definitely going back. It’s a really good restaurant and I recommend the French toast kids meal for kids and the lemon blueberry pancakes are really good. I went there and I overrated because it was so good and I couldn’t stop eating and my mom had to take my food for me so I wouldn’t wait way too much because I couldn’t stop eating and it was so so good. I am definitely coming back. My grandma has a sister who comes over for lunch sometimes with my grandma and every time they go out to lunch, they always go to scramblers and I can see why they love it. It’s my new favorite breakfast place and waffle house used to be my favorite which I guess I think it’s better than Waffle House but it actually is.“

“Self service restaurants are the best. No more waiting for waiting staff. Super fast service. User interface is nice and clean. Food is amazing and good portion size. Place is nice and clean. Plenty of personal space to chat within the family instead of the waiting staff. Highly recommend. Other restaurants should follow suite. And not just because of Covid. This is the future. Waiters should go to coding school instead of struggling with tables. It’s just better for everyone. I mean, I got my water when I wanted it! Is that too much to ask? LOL“

“Love this place! Bonnie, Cheryl, and Steph are always here when I come on the weekend. Every time I come, I see my fellow Waffle House groupies participating in our weekend ritual. This place feels like home and what neighborhoods used to be. And the food is always fresh and perfectly made.“

“Saw this old school looking diner as we were passing, and decided to go back and try their breakfast. Visually, there is a lot going on in here, as there should be. This family owned restaurant has been around for 40 years, so there is a lot of history represented here.

When we walked in, we were the only people in the place, so service was quick. We spent a fair amount of time talking to the owner, who was very friendly and willing to share his family's story with us. I loved that the cook (also family I'm sure, but I didn't ask) was at the grill, which was in full view of our table. It was like watching my mother cook when I was a kid, and it tasted the same way. Our Buckeye Brutus Breakfasts were hot and delicious. Nothing fancy, but that's what was so great about it. A classic breakfast that totally hit the spot. When we were done, the owner offered us to go coffees for the ride home, which was very much appreciated since we were driving back to Wisconsin.

“Our I-Next Kiwanis Club has hosted both a fundraiser and a quarterly group meeting at this location. The General Manager Jake Moore and his management team have gone out of their way to make every event there a great success. We had a large group with individual orders and appetizers. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we held our meeting in their private room area. This was able to accommodate our meeting and our annual rather large White Elephant Sale. Parking is very easy, they have multilingual staff which is most helpful when you have multi-lingual customers and are located right off the I-270/I-71 in central Ohio. A major thoroughfare throughout the entire state of Ohio. Glad to see I-Hop understands and meets all of their customer needs. Top of the Morning to all of You. Every single person working this morning greeted us, service was very fast, everyone asked how our food was and everyone seemed genuinely happy and nice. You don’t find that often anymore.
