“Kitties is my favorite coffee shop in Columbus. Great quality coffee, nice outdoor seating and the best cinnamon rolls in town. My daughter loves their milk steamers. Right next to Gramercy bookstore which makes for a perfect afternoon.“

“I love the blonde expresso. I have never had my drink made wrong in all the times I've been here except today. I tried the Glenda's pink potion and it wasn't that great and they forgot to put the raspberry flavored pearls in it which you have to customize to get them in this drink and I was so looking forward to trying them. I think I would like the drink better without the strawberry foam and coconut milk and instead lemonade. It just wasn't refreshing like I thought it would be.“

“Tiny, tiny spot in Clintonville best suited for drinks to-go. The coffee is very good, I had a lovely flat white which was textured well and had a robust flavor. The menu is limited, I believe it’s all a one man operation. I was surprised by the line out the door on a Friday at 10:30AM. The barista is very friendly and struck up a conversation with every customer while he made their drink. It was fun to watch him make the drinks, I’ve never seen an espresso set up quite like what he had going.“

Great espresso especially given the price. It's cheaper than some well / coffee \ pot stuff. It's a little on the acidic side than what I'm used to but still really good.“

“I love Kitties. I am so happy they are in our neighborhood. The coffee is excellent. They have matcha which is excellent and the baked goods are so incredibly delicious. The only problem is they are really really good. I will buy a delicious scone with the idea of sharing it and I ALWAYS eat the whole thing. It's like I can't stop it is so good. Everyone is nice and helpful and the food and beverages are spectacular.“

“My favorite place to decompress after work. I will take my book, have the greatest hot chocolate or matcha ever and be at peace. Staff is very kind and gentle, going on the contrary of a lot of places that have people that intimidate you while you are ordering for reasons like bad humor or just bad training. Here staff you look you in the eye, explain things if you are not very familiar and just be kind. I love the place. Several tables and sofas to seat and just enjoy, to work or study. “This lovely coffee and chocolate shop in Short North opened early and provided great coffee for me in the morning of game day. Free caramel apple samples were available, but it tasted too sweet. The almond chocolate was decent without too much sugar. The room was comfy and warm. WiFi was fast. Service was excellent. Definitely a great place to hang out or study.“
