“I am visiting from Boston and just happen to spontaneously tour the Ohio Statehouse. Here, I lunched at HouseTaco which locates inside the Statehouse itself. The food is quick and fresh. Chef Zach prepared the tacos on-site with passion. They were delicious! What a hidden gem!!!“

“I have been a customer for over a year now since I moved to Columbus and from the first bite i was impressed. The food is always fresh ,taste amazing and the staff makes you feel like you're at home with every visit. They are the ONLY food truck that i visit al least once or twice a week. Also i make sure to get me some extra of the owners pico de gallo and red sauce to go because it is that GOOD!! THE FRESHEST MEATS/VEGGIES ARE ONLY USED AND ALSO COOKED WITH ALOT OF LOVE!!“

“Been going here since 2018, but food got better in the last 3 years. We dine in twice a month and are big fans of their tamales (creamy masa with tasty shredded pork in red sauce filling) and chili rellenos (a huge chile in crispy batter, stuffed with overflowing, melted cheese and topped with ground beef in red sauce. Chile still has a good bite and not overcooked at all). Their Especial Los Mariachis Fajita is huge and overflowed with shrimps, carnitas, asada, chorizo, and chicken PLUS sliced onions, green and red peppers (we always opt for jalapenos instead). And once you're seated, they'll bring you (free) chips and refreshing salsa, which has a little kick to it. We love going there! The service is good, the waiters are always polite and respectful. The restaurant is clean with nice ambiance, good background Mexican music, and clean restrooms. Prices are on point and reflect the inflation and whatnot.“

“Today we hit the road and grabbed some tacos from Taqueria Los Caporales, I had the Al Pastor Taco and my friend had the Carne Asada tacos with a Horchata.
I would say the Al pastor was great and perfect for something quick and on the go, only took ten minutes for both of our orders to come out and the hostess was very kind.
The Carne Asada was very flavorful, the horchata was sweet, not enough on the cinnamon, but tastes like a good “sweet milk”. You could taste the steak was marinated and the green sauce isn’t needed.
Overall I’d say I’d come back again for sure, but would love to see this food truck expand beyond Morse Rd because the location isn’t great and it’s outside of a Marathon.“

“Habanero’s is hands down our favorite Clintonville restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is super personable and the price is just right. It is a family friendly restaurant that has something for all taste buds - even the picky eaters. We absolutely love heading to Habanero’s and also taking advantage of take-out. You are missing out if you don’t try it.“

“Well, we arrived on a Monday around 8:00pm & the store was clearly under staffed. Wet chips, no cilantro in the guac, trash piling over, but the worst was being charged for 2 full burritos when double meat was ordered. Is that normal?? We had a $25 burrito!!!! Seriously, no manager was around, either. Kids are running the place & it shows tonight. The guy didn’t even know how to do a kids’ taco tray. I’d like my money back please. Gross experience!“
