With them also being such large pieces (cut 'em up more), you can't mix your food properly and are forced to deal and take partial bites of the massive pepper pieces. Cook them things! Soften them up and get some caramelization on those peppers and onions! They will taste so much better and way less frustrating to eat. Especially the green peppers as their natural flavor is way more vegetal and harsh. PLEASE.“
