Emily was very knowledgeable, and the girls thought it was cool to get a behind the scenes peek at where the ice cream was made. The ice cream was delicious! Highly recommend them as a shop to stop by if you’re in Summit Park this summer!“

“I love Graeter’s ice cream to begin with. This location is very large a lot of seating and there is a children’s play area. However, the parking is very limited. Also has a drive-through option. Everything is reasonably priced and very tasty. I highly recommend the boldly bear cat. You can buy ice cream and other tasty treats. I saw some cakes too.“

“Inside is super cute. 1/3 of the dispensers were being cleaned or inoperable, so choices were limited. The staff interactions were mixed; the one we encountered in the dining room who was working on the machines was nice but the “cashier” didn’t seem too thrilled to be there. Not rude, just not pumped. 😉

It is kind of like going to confession. There is a physical screen you talk through and a window separating you from your treat.

There is ample parking in back of the place, and it is easy to get in and out of here.

High school kid staff were warm and friendly and made me a perfect cone.

Oakley Crumbl is hands down one of my favorite stops! Their Dr. Pepper dirty soda (with cherry, vanilla, and heavy cream) is absolute perfection—it’s my go-to every time. And the cookies? Amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it. We’ve honestly never tried a flavor we didn’t love. Every week feels like a new treat and they never disappoint. So glad to have this spot close by!“

“Shame to the haters out there. My kids love this place. Great flavors and toppings. I think the owner got a bad rap for trying to keep the place clean during the pandemic but has relaxed. She brought chairs around so our whole party could sit together. My son got a stain on his shirt, and she brought a microfiber to help us clean it- worked great. We’ll be back!“

When I asked the employee at the window she was more than accommodating and it was honestly the best pineapple shake I have ever had. I am pregnant and the baby wanted a pineapple shake. “Best dessert place there is! I have bought the 4oz minis for 2 family functions and they are always hit! We especially love the banana puddings! Not to mention the brownies are to die for!! “Items ordered Small blueberry soft serve in waffle cone cup Small vanilla ice cream in cup with rainbow sprinkles Medium blueberry ice cream on sugar cone Medium blueberry ice cream on bubble waffle cone with cheesecake bite topping I took my kids and nephew here, when we got there, there were only a few customers ahead of us so our wait wasn’t long. Within ten minutes the line grew to about forty people. The soft serve is excellent, a truly very creamy consistency, they didn’t skimp on the cream. In Cincinnati you can find varying degrees of soft serve from ice milk to rich and creamy. This soft serve is well rich and creamy, five stars. I immediately compared it to Kings Island soft serve which has been tasting less blue as the years pass. This blue soft serve took me back to the blue I remembered as a kid. The sugar cones were excellent, fresh and crunchy. My eldest got the bubble cone which I was very curious about, it went well with the ice cream. It was soft pillows of tender waffle, it tasted fresh. Salty and sweet a bit more salty than sweet but paired well with the ice cream. The cheesecake bites were delicious, very fresh, very delicious. Great customer service, friendly staff. I highly recommend this ice cream experience.“
