“One of the worst dining experience I ever had. The noise from the kitchen was so loud we couldn't even talk. My wife's fish was way over cooked my pork chop was tough that I did not take it home. The price was way to high. I eat out 3or4 times a week and always at finer restaurants I would not ever go back.“

“I used to love there salads, I get one every week, sometimes 2, but lately, all you seem to taste is oil, don't know if it's not getting mixed up or what, and when you use to order pasta dinners you get a little monkey salad with it, prices went up for dinners and now a add on little monkey salads 1.19“

“Went to the one in Boardman OH. The carpet smelled terrible. I was disappointed that they dont allow you to take home a soup. I dont go as often as I used to. The waitress was nice but never brought me my second bowl of soup or salad, then made a fuss when she allowed me to have one to take home. I added the all-you-can-eat can eat salad to my meal and took the lasagne home for my husband.“

“We have been coming here for a number of years and have never had anything that was not delicious. The salad is fresh, the dressing is so good it requires bread to dunk in and eat.. The vodka sauce was something I tried last time we ate there and it was so good, it made my eyes roll. “I grew up in Youngstown in the 50s, an Italian kid from Brier Hill, so I have pretty strong opinions about my food.
This place should have TEN stars. Daughter had eggplant parmigiana. I had the beans and greens and the veal braciole with penne pasta. The sauce was the best! Veal was tender. I was going to eat half but it was SO good! Coffee was dark, strong and smooth. Waitress took great care of us, keeping the coffee and bread coming.
Because I had a 40 minute drive home, I forsook the Negroni. Next time, and there will be a next time“

I ordered the Italian Delight and received the Tour of Italy.. when I told the waitress about the error she went to the chef, who refused to come out of the kitchen, and said I would have to pay for both meals if I insisted the error be corrected.. I angrily replied I would go hungry.. the chef came out of the kitchen, discussed the order, brought me the correct meal and only charged me for the meal I ordered.. Its a shame I had to get loud, make a small vocal scene, and be an embarrassment to friends to get the issue resolved.. Waitress was great, food was excellent, and a relaxing atmosphere overall.“

“We had such a fantastic experience at Niccolini’s Italian Restaurant! Our entrées came with a fresh salad and their house-made dressing, which was absolutely phenomenal. The bread they served was soft, warm, and full of flavor.

They even kindly brought out a slice of their pizza for us to try, and honestly it was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time, perfectly flavorful with tons of cheese.

The portions on our entrées were huge and overflowing with food. You definitely get your money’s worth here.

Everything from the service to the food was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back again, and I genuinely don’t understand how there are any reviews under five stars! I can’t wait to bring my entire family here!!“

And for our entrées, we had the balsamic blue fillet and the Dijon glaze New York strip steak. The steaks were cooked to perfection. “Antone’s was always my favorite restaurant growing up in the Youngstown area. When I found out there was an Atone’s in columbiana, we drove over the state line to dine. It did not disappoint. We started with the fried cheese. It was cooked to perfection. And the Antone’s Monkey Salad is just the best. It tasted exactly how I remembered it. I got the whole salad so I had leftovers. And the chicken parm, was delicious. My husband ordered the chicken français, and he said it tasted odd. We couldn’t pinpoint the flavor. But he said he wouldn’t order that again. I will definitely be back because I enjoyed the food. Having 1 waitress on a Friday night is unacceptable. The table next to us sat for over 20 mins for waters. The waitress was working very hard. So it was not her fault. This blame is on management. That is completely unacceptable to have 1 waitress with a full restaurant.“

“Well we had a celebration of life for my Father at there hall it was food provided by them and the food was marvelous we all loved it and the service was too we were served drinks soft drink that is they cut our cake and served to the tables the food was buffer style but that was fine really loved the service excellent all around THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!“

“Moved to Eastside of Youngstown two plus years ago. Decided to search for the best marinara sauce in an italian restaurant on the west side. Just found it at Trax! The restaurant isn't stylin' on the exterior but the food served there is DELICIOUS ! Don't know how many times I drove by there and never noticed it. Make it a point to search out it's location ,you'll be glad you did. . ( The marinara is the best I've ever had in a restarant, in fact it's all GOOD eating.)“

“Usually friendly service, I'm not sure if the waitress was having an off day but I sat for 15 minutes before I was even asked if I was waiting on anyone or wanted a drink. I ordered an appetizer and it took 20 minutes. 3 couples who came in after me have already been served. I told her I wanted to order and she disappeared. I asked on the status of my appetizer when she reappeared and she said that takes 10 minutes. I said okay, it was at least 15 minutes ago. So far I've been here at least 35 minutes and have just ordered my pizza at 2:08pm. My pizza didn't arrive until 2:32 . The food is good but the service certainly doesn't match. I think in the future we will frequent another location.“
