“I always love going to Honey Hut when I visit family in Cleveland. I had a twister with cookie dough and brownie bites. I loved it! I’ve had the root beer float and peanut butter ice cream before. There always is a line so make sure to go early if you don’t want to wait. It is worth the wait. I found out they also sell Honey Hut at the Cleveland Zoo. It doesn’t have as many options but it’s still good.“

The Orange Dream is to die for yumm, the Amaretto Cherry is an almond lovers paradise & the Cotton Candy with some marshmallow & sprinkles made me feel like a kid again! I have gotten the same things after all these years, which is vanilla soft serve in a cone with a crunch coat. I have not been able to find it anywhere else. No photos for reference as it is always devoured before a picture can be taken.“

“I first came to Graeter's about two years ago in June, and I was immediately drawn to the banana chocolate chip ice cream, only to discover that it was seasonal. The rest of the menu is good - we've never been disappointed - but there's nothing else quite like that flavor for me.
They recently added my beloved banana chocolate chip to the permanent menu. Clearly, Greater's knows what the people want, and they aren't afraid to provide it.“

“I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“

“Just ordered today threw my phone try to order at the kiosk but they don't really got all the cookies listed on their kiosk but when I ordered through my phone, they had all the cookies on there that they have on my phone app. I ordered the smores but was told they didn't have anymore the employee asked me if I wanted to replace it with something else.I said yea a brownie should be fine i waited 20 mins and then I asked, if my order what's almost done I was told by the employee that someone else took my order but, she did prepare a new order for me and gave it to me. She was very nice. An advise I got to say to management of this location and all of their locations that they should start checking customers phones. To verify that that's their order because nowadays nobody cares, they will just walk in and say, yea, that's them but in reality, it's not but, other than that, everything was good.“
