“Generally only deal with kiosk but I did notice 1 thing its an electronic why is there not more than 2 languages with said kiosk this location is on a busy tourist route thousands if not hundreds of thousands stop at this service plaza everyday just an option I thought about. Food has been good. Interactions with the people been great.“

“Our group of friends wanted to get together at Brew Wall to watch the Browns game, sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The ambiance is great. We were shocked at the lack of knowledge of your bartender when we had issues with pouring beer. We asked for help multiple times but kept getting "not my area so I don't get involved". When we first arrived no one was around to greet anyone and there were others waiting as well but they left. We stayed to find someone and again saw the Bartender who ignored us until we walked in to ask her for help, which she said were short staffed. We saw many patrons come in and leave due to lack of help at the food order station. We asked multiple times for the TVs to show the Browns Game but no one seemed to know how to work the Tvs, plus they said the audio wasn't working, which is ok. Just the lack of knowledge and help from the staff was frustrating to us. Great place, with no staff assistance. We want to come back but uncertain if we can get others to join. We were also shocked that the place was empty for a Browns Game, but the other patrons that came in left quickly as the process to some is confusing and left as no one was around to help. The food was awesome as we love Antonio's. Other issue is the advertisement for 1/2 off wings. We all ordered but did not get the 1/2 price on all orders. I ordered a 12 order which we did get 1/2 off but not the 8 order and at that time, we just wanted to leave. Hopefully you can employ competent staff as Brew Wall is a great place and would hate to see it close due to lack of good staff.“

“The bad reviews didn't echo our experience. The manager was super friendly and had a great attitude. It was actually the best BK food I've had in a very long time. We stopped in around 11 PM, and there were three or four other people in front of us - but the attention to detail on the food made it taste unusually good by fast food standards. Definitely retain and promote the guy that was managing the place Dec 8 nightshift; he obviously knows how to lead a team.“

“It's a new McDonald's. You know the menu and you know the prices.

What's left? How clean and how well is it managed. Both of those categories get 5 stars.

Edit: 2024. It's as clean and well managed as most any other suburban McDonald's. Exactly what you would expect.“

“First time at the new location. Good food and great service. Workers were attentive and fun! Welcome to this part of town!“

“We had been given a gift card to The Rail, as there was a location near us in Akron. We decided to finally get around to use the gift card, because you know they just sit in those drawers forever, and discovered that the Akron location had closed. We didn't want to lose our money, so we made the trip to Strongsville so that we could use up our card. This location is in a strip mall near a large shopping mall. Plenty of parking, and the restaurant had lots of great seating options. The wait staff was very friendly, and attentive. We both got the smash burger special and it was delicious! Definitely recommend!“

“We had the smashed chicken burger with a fried egg added. Limitless extras like spinach, onions, pickles, sauces, etc were offered to dress the sandwich. We sampled the house sauce which had a sweet, tangy flavor. We'll be back for dinner with our kids. Definitely will be our new lunch spot because there are so many more things on the menu we must try!“
