“I have been going here with my family for over 6 years now and I have always been satisfied with their establishment. It has always been that local donut shop unique to Parma. They have a variety of flavors that differ from competitors such as Dunkin. The workers are nice and patient. Today I got a dozen donuts for the cheap price of $16 bucks. Definitely recommend the place to anyone new to Parma or visitors.“

“Loved everything about it! Our first time here and we had the BEST experience, the owner was friendly, funny and just what we needed on a rainy September Saturday afternoon. We picked 12 donuts and each one was better than the next! 10 out 10 would Donut again! 👌🍩“

“We just had the best experience at Michael's Bakery. The cheese and apricot folded croissants were delicious, the adorable flower cupcake moist and beautifully decorated, and the bread loaf perfect with our lunch. We went for our son's birthday and the clerk was incredibly kind and professional, and even gave him a cookie for the occasion. We will definitely be back!“

“The donuts were amazing as always, and the service is always pleasant and helpful (you have to be patient to sell donuts because people always show up not knowing exactly what they want. Haha). But I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the bathroom being so clean. Their restrooms aren’t new by any means, but they are very clean, and that’s a sign of a well run business.“

“Why is everything extremely overpriced? Even the coffee. The small and medium is same price. Is this why the prices are not shown on menu in store?“

“Mac and cheese cones with meatballs, great addition to the menu, not only ice cream cones now.“

“Wheelchair accessible, friendly staff, delicious coffee!“

“The mango pineapple refresher has me addicted since last summer. It’s just what I need to make me feel better because it’s so delicious. I order ubereats or DoorDash all the time. 9/10 the drinks be flavorful and when I do order an iced coffee the butter pecan is my go-to. The service and the hash browns is good here too.“

“Mya is such an amazing worker!! I’ve been having trouble finding my daughter a cute like kids drink..Mia made it up for us and my daughter loved it! We came back for it again and Mya did it again! Told me how to order the drink so we can get it for her if she’s not here! She definitely deserves some recognition! She was so kind and understanding and just AMAZING! Thanks again Mya!“

“first time back in over 20 yrs and the staff were very nice and helpful. the frozen mocha latte was FABULOUS and I dont do cold coffee.“

“The friendly employees and the clean area“

“I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff so they are a huge reason as to why the 4 stars. But it seems they are always out of something. Not having the 4th of July munchkins on the actual 4th of July at 10am is crazy. Its like this with just about every holiday except for Christmas. Other than always being out of stock with something, I have dealt with great attitude and a positive, happy environment everytime. Atleast they are trying.“
