“We came for lunch. The staff was extremely friendly, the service was fast and the restaurant is clean. It was delicious!!!“

“Our server was amazing and a great person! Food was hot and tasty. Unfortunately, we went to get some dinner and use some points since we were in town for the Cleveland Clinic. They closed the restaurant near us, so we have to travel at least 90 minutes one way to dine at a Friday's anymore. Such a shame... They need to find a way to take care of long time customers like me that have a bunch of points but cannot redeem them anymore without making it a hassle...“

“Snowy cold morning, stopped for an egg mcmuffin and sausage mcmuffin with egg.
An egg mcmuffin is a round patty. I got scrambled folded over. (See pics)
I don't like scrambled is why I get the egg McMuffin. Not sure what was happening at the store but it wasn't busy and took 8 min.to get up to the window. Its okay, Merry 🎄 Christmas!“

“Holy cow what a place!!!! The burger was soooo good, the fries were incredible, that queso they give you is so good, just incredible tasting!! The only con is the price, for a burger and then if you want to combo it for fries and a drink is almost 20 dollars 🤯!!! That was a little too much for me, but I spent it anyway cause it looked very good, and it was very good. Probably wouldn't combo it again cause it was way too expensive to combo it, but if you want to spend the big bucks you can do that.“

“We had been given a gift card to The Rail, as there was a location near us in Akron. We decided to finally get around to use the gift card, because you know they just sit in those drawers forever, and discovered that the Akron location had closed. We didn't want to lose our money, so we made the trip to Strongsville so that we could use up our card. This location is in a strip mall near a large shopping mall. Plenty of parking, and the restaurant had lots of great seating options. The wait staff was very friendly, and attentive. We both got the smash burger special and it was delicious! Definitely recommend!“

“We tried their double beef burgers for lunch a month ago , these burgers have become our favorite. Went back a couple of weeks later and ordered the chicken sandwiches, fantastic. Must try place, everything is so fresh, did I forget to mention the fries, so good.“
