“This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“

“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.“

“Under new ownership! The new owner Mr Patel came out and greeted me personally! He introduced himself and spoke with me while he freshly made my order! Some reviews in the past mention issues with customer service but that’s all changed! The owner was single handedly working everything on this night and made all the food and was as friendly as can be! It’s hard to find good customer service anymore so I wanted to give props to Mr Patel and let him know I will spread the word and I will be back!!! GREAT FOOD AND TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!“

“This is a really busy place.
Probably the best way of ordering is online.
Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

“Literally dining here as I write this. We go to Penn station all the time and this is the best service we’ve had. Such friendly employees working here today, and our subs are perfect!! And hot, fresh fries to go with them. Great job! Fast food workers aren’t generally the kindest but these guys are great. ?“

“Picture it, mall is closing and a tired Mom and toddler need to eat. Toddler is very upset about leaving the playplace, is hungry and now throwing a fit. Mom orders food and is given fries right away. While trying to juggle her purse, drink and an upset toddler the Mom gives the toddler a fry but it is too hot and toddler drops it on the floor. The cashier apologizes even though it's not his fault and the Mom explains it's been a long day and the toddler is just tired and emotional per usual. The cashier reaches over and hands a small free package of cookies to give to the toddler. The crying stops, Mom breathes and in just a moment a stranger has helped more than they could know. Thank you for your thoughtful gesture. You truly made a difference in that Mom's day. Food was so delicious and quick too. ❤️“

“We don’t live in OH anymore but every time we come back to visit we come to Mr hero’s at least every other meal. We absolutely love this place and unfortunately they are only in OH. This location is very friendly and the food is on point every time. Please expand into my states please.“
