“We had such an amazing experience with this establishment and with its owner. We ordered food for eight and it was all hot, delicious and wonderfully prepared. I can’t say enough for the service and treatment that we received along with the great food! I give them a five star all the way across!!!“

“I’ve been going since it opened, and it’s been amazing during breakfast hours. Today I went and asked for a chicken sandwich plain with no pickles or mayo. They preceded to put a half pound of mayo and five pickles on this abomination of a sandwich.
Stick to the one in Zanesville.“

“Today, Saturday, May 31, 2025, I phoned a large order to KFC for takeout from the Heath, Ohio, location. The order was $76.78.
I had called Friday evening inquiring as to how early I needed to call to get an order by 12:00 (Noon),
I was told that even though they didn’t open until 11:00, the staff was there early and would answer the phone.
I called at 8:00, Sara answered and took my order. Sara said the order would be ready by 11:00.
Sara was very sweet and friendly.
When we picked up the order, which was ready, at 11:00, the staff were also friendly.
When we unpacked the bags at home, long story short, the order was perfect, sauces, and everything.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

“I stopped by OX-B in Buckeye Lake to pick up an order through the drive-thru, and Davey provided excellent customer service. He was polite, friendly, and had a great attitude. He made sure everything in my order was correct, was quick and efficient, and made the whole experience pleasant. It's always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy helping customers! I hope OX-B knows they have a great employee!“
