“We ordered a monster sub and the meatballs with cheese yesterday about 730pm. We were next door for pool league, she told me 25 min for a sub and meatballs, I figured they were backed up for 25 min, I set timer and walked down 2 min before it went off, food was on rack, it obviously was sitting there for some time as the sub meat was COLD. My husband was so upset lol. The meatballs were the size of spaghettiO’s meatballs. The taste was there but the toddler size meatballs were shameful. We’ve gotten these a few times before and never ever were they this tiny To charge $9’for 6 of these is sinful lol Def turned off for awhile , be back at a much later date I sent a message last night before writing this. It’s still unanswered“

“Stopped in for pizza and ended up staying for the service. The food was solid - good crust, plenty of toppings, everything you want on a casual night out. But the real standout of the evening was our waitress. Friendly without being over the top, quick with drinks and refills, and she had a calm, happy, and confident way of handling everything.

Service like that makes a bigger impression than the menu. She’s one of the reasons we’ll be back.

“Wonderful pizza, it’s always hot and fresh when I come to pick up and is always ready by the specified timeframe (20 minutes if ordering ASAP) and sometimes is even done earlier.

Sometimes the pizza can get really greasy and get all over the box making a mess but it has been a rare occasion for me. The Capone sauce makes up for it though; it is a flavorful and unique spicy sauce that any spice-tolerant person would enjoy.

The people in there are always nice, they welcome me in and assist me promptly. It also seems like their teamwork and morale is high as I always notice the workers laughing and working well together.

The app is pretty barebones but it gets the job done. I prefer ordering on there so I can receive rewards points because I don’t think you can in the web browser version. My only complaint is I wish the rewards system was fleshed out a bit more. Every 100 points ($100) you get a $10 off coupon for your next order. It’s nice but I wish there were more options for redeeming.

“Edit: We went back, two weekends in a row. Picked a few different topping combinations and everything was top notch. Upped those stars from 4 to 5.

There isn't a lot of good pizza around Granville. Some friends turned us on to Cristy's. We made the trek down there to try it out and it was great. The crust wasn't too thin, sauce and toppings were tasty. And the bake was perfect.

The only reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is because I need to go back for round two and try a couple different options.“

“By far the best pizza that I have had in my 7 years in Ohio. I'm not sure how I haven't heard about them but thank you baby Jesus for their existence! Everything about this pizza was terrific and we will order from them exclusively. We ordered the supreme and boy was it supreme! The only issue was that I ate entirely too much and I can't move from the couch!“

“I just wanted to stop in a give a shout out, tonight we ordered 2 pizza, BLT and a large half pep and cheese. When hubby got home he realized we got our half pep and cheese and a supreme. “My family orders creno's often the food never disappoints especially the cheesy garlic flatbread.. however the reason I decided to post a review today is my delivery driver.... I didn't actually get his name but I felt that people should know this driver in particular is the most kind patient understanding man... At the very last minute I realized my mistake that I didn't have correct change and I know delivery drivers do not carry it.. so I ran to the gas station next to my house got a few necessities and broke my $100 bill so that I had proper change and tip to give to my driver... He called while I was at the gas station I explained what I was doing and he was nothing but kind he sat on my porch patiently waiting for me to return was not mean or grumpy he even thanked me for being nice... It's a sad day when somebody has to thank you for being a decent human but I digress I just wanted to say Creno's has great food and excellent service“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“

“we have been going to Tiberos pizza for years, and have always loved it so much, we went this evening, and I was so disappointed in the service, they have a new young girl and she dropped my pizza and I had to wait almost a hour for it to be remade, I still got charged for it, our service was horrible, I have never been to any restaurant who didn't give u a free meal or a discount on their mistake, and especially waiting a hour, I don't know if we will be back.“

Background music was fun...Fly Me to the Moon, 4 Seasons, The Supremes! Waitress was fabulous! I had a Whiskey Sour, hubby a "Smoked" Old Fashioned. Then we started off with Stuffed Mushrooms...amazing! For our entrees, I went with the Chicken Marsala & he had the Chicken Parmesan. Both were so yummy! Everything was presented & displayed so well too! We ordered our desserts to go...Cheesecake & Bread Pudding, which we enjoyed later on at home. “I have celiac disease and have hard a time finding food that isn’t contaminated, especially pizza. The staff reassured me that they checked with kitchen multiple times to make sure nothing was being contaminated. It was by far the most delicious gluten free pizza I’ve had so far !“

“We came here to see Waterloo5 band last night and had the most amazing time. A lot of reviews have said it was too loud but we loved every minute of the band. I love the atmosphere here along with the cozy seating arrangements they have. Things I wish they had: Drink specials when a band is there. An absolute must would be beer buckets. I spent too much time going to the bar to get a beer. The bartenders were slammed and did an absolutely AMAZING job considering the crowd. Overall a super cool place that I cannot wait for warmer weather so the roll up doors can be open.“
