“I love their food, which is most important. The staff seems nice too but the only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because ordering ahead is a complete waste of time because whenever I think I'm saving time, and I'm on a tight schedule, my stuff is NEVER ready and I give them a good hour. For example, I had to take my kids to practice in Lancaster by 6:00. I requested the be ready by 4:30. I get there at 4:45/4:50, and it's still not ready? It's a busy place, I understand that, but isn't the whole point of ordering ahead is so that your stuff is ready on time? I don't mind waiting, but if I am on any kind of schedule, no way would I trust this establishment.
I don't think I had this problem at the Bexley location as I do pickups for lunch and everything is ready when they say it will be. Only at the Canal Winchester PS do I have these days.
I've done the order already online 4 or 5 times, all times I arrived and my food wasn't ready. Otherwise, this would be my family's choice of food in the Canal area.

“When the location first opened we were not enjoying it so much, but we have gone there a ton of times the past couple months and every single time has been a big hit. The sandwich quality has been amazing, the employees have been very pleasant and patient. We love going here and have enjoyed every sandwich flavor lately!“

“I wanted to notice a male employee with a beard and a smile, it was a Sunday night at 8pm. I told him I’ve noticed him a few times giving some friendly details about the menu and sandwiches. I noticed him doing it for myself and others and told him I appreciate that little extra he gives.

Service at all subways I’ve been to has been fairly good quality of food and service but I wanted to take a minute to thank the gentleman that’s doing that little bit extra. Hopefully this pat on the back finds him well, thank you sir!“
