“I was very surprised to see this shop in my area of town,the owner was very nice and the place was very clean. I would have loved to see some trees in the parking lot, as there no trees, and the lot outside was baking hot. A few trees would have given some shade and a place to eat a sandwich in a cool place. If you are in a hurry this is the place for you.“

“I had a fantastic experience at this place! The store was super clean, and I was greeted very nicely. I ordered the club sub and the Italian sub, and both were made with fresh ingredients and super tasty. I also loved the surprise pickle! My order was made quickly, and the customer service was great. “I go here all the time quite literally a regular. Even when I go in the lady knows my order. But today the cashier tall, skinny, had a beard was rude. He was talking way too fast and I told him to slow down and that I couldn’t understand him. And he got upset, I don’t know what his name was but i went in around 6:30 ish on 2/1/26.“

Had a coupon for free lemonade w/purchase over $8. Told her I did NOT want combo, just sammy, reg philly $9.99 and free drink. At window she said $12+. I said again - no fries.
I got fries, drink, sammy for $9.99. 😃“

“My husband and I go to Jersey Mike’s pretty regularly, and he had the best famous Philly with onions he’s had in his life from the young woman who was working the grill earlier today when we came in. My Italian was great as well. Thoughtful service and clean bathroom! Will be back next time we’re in the area. Very positive experience.“

“Best customer service I have seen in a while. I ordered 4 subs with turkey on the app, but somehow the actual order didn’t say NO HAM on it and so they prepared the subs with Ham. I did not check it when I picked up but I came back and informed them about it. I am not sure where the mistake happened, but I was willing to let go if they wouldn’t want to make new ones. The owner was so nice and had made all the four subs again without HAM without charging anything extra. Very pleasant service and love the way the owner handled it without any complicated discussion“

“The gentleman who made our sandwiches was incredible friendly. However, the older, short lady was very rude to him… demeaning him in front of customers. It made it awkward and my husband and I felt bad for him. She needs a vacation… or training on how to be a better co-worker. The guy working with her must have the patients of a saint.“

“This has been me and my wife's go to spot over the past year or so. It's been more difficult to obtain since we haven't had a vehicle. However after going a very long time without it we ordered it through Instacart and it was like biting into heaven. We love this place. So delicious.“

“I wanted to notice a male employee with a beard and a smile, it was a Sunday night at 8pm. I told him I’ve noticed him a few times giving some friendly details about the menu and sandwiches. I noticed him doing it for myself and others and told him I appreciate that little extra he gives.

Service at all subways I’ve been to has been fairly good quality of food and service but I wanted to take a minute to thank the gentleman that’s doing that little bit extra. Hopefully this pat on the back finds him well, thank you sir!“
