“My husband and I stopped there for lunch before heading back to Waverly. We had fantastic service from a very friendly Lauren who answered our questions about what were the dishes they were known for etc. we took her advise and ordered fish and chips and pecan-crusted chicken on a pecan waffle…..oh my! “Stopped at Donut World after driving a good distance to get there. Was told it was the best around. That stuff was absolutely horrible!! They was hard as a rock and the ones you could chew, the filling tasted absolutely horrible. it tasted old and like it's been sitting for a very long time. A total waste of gas and money.. would not recommend this place at all. And the 2 ladies were very rude. The black lady at the window acted like she was bothered to take an order, while the white chick acted like her job was so miserable. No hello. No thank you, no nothing. Previous: Not the best wait times during holidays, but we're not getting food from anywhere else on special occasions. We'll hopefully be able to for years to come :)

“I live 3 hours away and wanted to send a meal to my friend and her family who had just lost their mother. The staff were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind to me on the phone. When my friends husband went to pick up, the staff again offered condolences and helped carry the food to the car. The food was amazing to my understanding! “We had a rehearsal dinner at El Parian Steaks & Tequila. They have a back room that seats up to 60 people. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, reasonable in price, and very accommodating. They gave us the option to pick 4 menu items off the menu for our guests to choose from or the options of - taco, fajita, or nacho bar. We chose the fajita and nacho bar. The food was hot and ready when we arrived. The guacamole here tastes so good! They even packed up the leftover food for us! Their staff were very attentive and kind. We will definitely recommend them to others. Wonderful job! 👏👏👏“

“This was our first visit to the Harvest Moon and it won’t be our last!! It’s a charming place right in the heart of Canal Winchester. I liked that a lot of their food is made there on site. “I love this place! I have been eating here since my freshman year of high school and I’m now a senior and so upset I’m leaving for college cause I won’t be able to eat here so often. On a high school kids salary this place is extremely affordable, gives large portions and above all else is delicious. The family working here are extremely kind and generous people who clearly love what they do. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ve had almost the entire menu. My favorite is the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon. He never understood the bad reviews and they even made me scared to eat here but DO NOT TRUST THEM. Majority of the High school and junior high eat here and never complain. This place is once again amazing, so much so I had to leave a review to let people know.“

“Wonderful pizza, it’s always hot and fresh when I come to pick up and is always ready by the specified timeframe (20 minutes if ordering ASAP) and sometimes is even done earlier.

Sometimes the pizza can get really greasy and get all over the box making a mess but it has been a rare occasion for me. The Capone sauce makes up for it though; it is a flavorful and unique spicy sauce that any spice-tolerant person would enjoy.

The people in there are always nice, they welcome me in and assist me promptly. It also seems like their teamwork and morale is high as I always notice the workers laughing and working well together.

The app is pretty barebones but it gets the job done. I prefer ordering on there so I can receive rewards points because I don’t think you can in the web browser version. My only complaint is I wish the rewards system was fleshed out a bit more. Every 100 points ($100) you get a $10 off coupon for your next order. It’s nice but I wish there were more options for redeeming.

Unlike other buffets, Asian Star's food that's supposed to be crispy is actually crispy and not soggy breading floating in sauce. I've been coming here for 25 years or more. I've been to several other buffets. No other local buffet compares.“
