The tacos tijuana with carne asada brought me back to when I was a kid sharing a botana platter with friends after church in the little hole in the wall restaurant down the street. I've never had carne asada like that since, and now I've found it. The holy grail Taco. The one Taco to rule them all. The macguffin of my life. I've found on my 40th birthday a taco that was and shall be my simple yet amazing friend. Don't get me wrong, I love Condado, Momocho, and lesser but still love for Barrio. However, they were usurped in my heart by the new number 1 authentic Mexican in my humble opinion. I love food, and for the first time in a long while, I felt that love was reciprocated. Don't miss this hidden gem. You won't regret it!“

“Beautiful facility. Average taste. Friendly but poor service. Not sure if everyone inside was new this past Sunday or what but after being seated we waited a solid 20 minutes for our server, it was not a busy inside, after ordering our food somehow came in 5 minutes, amazingly fast but also all at once including appetizers, which was amazing but strange, and then after the meal came out , we waited a solid hour for him to return to the table afterwards, our food was good, but our drinks were empty and our server was MIA, found him in the lobby eating for himself at a table when I went to the restroom. An odd experience that could be improved.“

“Long wait for carry out with a restaurant that was no where near full, Additional info from 2nd visit. Again long wait time for a place that wasn’t busy at all. This time, the food was so salty that it would have made my blood pressure skyrocket. I couldn’t even eat it. Called manager, at least I got a gift card out of the incident. I’m going to lower their star from 5 to 2.Update, 3rd time, food was EXCELLENT!! 5 stars!!! Food was ready when expected…additionally after another visit, FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!! “Great evening to be out, on patio and Robert our waiter to complement the meal. Their gold margaritas have a nice kick and go down easy and the selection on the menu was perfect. Robert mentioned to us that we should try their fresh squeezed margaritas next time we come in.“

“I have take out from here at LEAST 1X every two weeks,and also eat in. Service ALWAYS EXELLENT,friendly and super quick. I have NEVER gotten anything from there I did not like. When getting take out they make sure everything is there for one to be able to eat it,if not going home,and take out,even when busy done in around 15 minutes.
The salsa is one of the best I've found anywhere.
Lot of the locals go there,so nice to see one's neighbors there.
My husband LOVES their Mahi Mahi fish tacos with onions and cilantro, and their seviche,yum!
My favorite,the Tamales de Guate,are SOOOO good,perfect amount of filling,and so tasty! ?“

“The grocery store has authentic Latin American products that I could not find anywhere else in the area. Ordered steak plate from restaurant and it was also authentic and delicious. Real Latinx flavors. Highly recommend. El supermercado tiene productos Latinoamericanos que no pude encontrar en el area (totopos El Milagro, queso panela, paletas, pupusas, etc).
