He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“Although the decor is a bit dated, I have yet to be disappointed by their menu selections, nor the quality of the food.
I've been to this venue several times but never commented.
Be certain to tip your waitresses according to their service skills, not their personality or linguistic skills (fyi).

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“

“We stopped for dinner while going through town. Our server, Alexis, was amazing. We had the absolute best shrimp alfredo we’ve ever had. We got to speak to the owner before we left. He was so personable and explained how they make their products all fresh. We will definitely be back!“

“We had my birthday celebration there. Let me tell you, the experience was just beautiful. There were 16 of us, and they catered to our every need. The serving staff was patient, and very thorough. They were so attentive, and made certain we were very well taken care of. THE FOOD! Man oh man. That food was the bomb. I think everyone had something different, and we are all still talking about how good it was! I recommend you have dinner with them. You will not regret it. It’s a whole vibe! ❤️❤️“

“This location is absolutely beautiful inside. (A little chilly so bring a sweater) our server was wonderful and attentive. I only rated 4 stars on the food because I ordered mariners and somehow got the spicy sauce which was incredibly spice I might add. The server said there was a mix up with the cooks In the kitchen and she was very apologetic. All around a pleasant experience.“

And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. “We always go to the Chardon location. Never had a bad experience. Hubby and I love the chicken marsala. We were sadden when it was removed from the menu. We went today and its on special. Their stuffed mushrooms are popular and so is their Italian sub with pepper relish. Prices are reasonable for this type of food.“
