“Just wanted to post a shout out to Katelyn (hope I spelled her name correctly). She is very nice and a sweet young lady. She wasn't clocked in, she kindly offered help to carry out my food and drinks since they were out of drink carrier at the time.

“Ordered the build your own meal online. Fairly easy to complete and a reasonable price. Had instructions how to redeem food which was go to the mobile pickup area. Arrived exactly at time I had previously scheduled, went to pickup area, no food there. Waited around for about ten minutes, still no food. Luckily, one employee asked the name on my order because it was behind the register the whole time. Not at the pickup area. Decent food, bad instructions. Definitely need better communication.“
