“I’ve never left a review for Chipotle because they’ve always been average and just what you expec BUT this location was fabulous. There were pretty busy today but service was efficient. In terms of food: fresh and proportion was excellent! Normally chipotle had had issues with how much they’re giving but at this location they gave just the perfect amount of food and some. Not to mention this restaurant was very clean as well.“
“First, I'm so glad there's two Chipotles in my location. The Polaris one is my best spot. Got used to all the cooks and cashiers really appreciate their great service. Plus they got used to me getting the extra chicken and cheese burrito for my dog.“
“Chipotle is a solid choice for a quick, delicious meal. I appreciate their commitment to using responsibly sourced ingredients and offering a variety of options to suit different dietary needs. The burrito bowl I ordered was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions of chicken, rice, and veggies. The salsa bar is a great touch, allowing me to customize my meal to my taste. While it's not necessarily a groundbreaking dining experience, Chipotle consistently delivers on quality and convenience. Overall, I'd recommend Chipotle to anyone looking for a tasty, satisfying meal without breaking the bank.“
“Chipotle never disappoints but this time was exceptionally better than all the others for one reason- the service. I came in with my 2 yr old son who is on the autism spectrum after being on the road for a few hours and he was ready to burst out of his car seat and we were both starving. I realized it was super busy so we parked and I attempted to order on the app- I had a promo code and it wasn’t working.
Once there was one guest left in the building - I got the composure to go in knowing for sure my son was about to be absolutely wild and bouncing off the walls. What looked to be the manager greeted me and I acknowledged how quick they got through that hoard of people so quickly and efficiently and proceeded to apologize for my son who had managed to somehow lose a shoe and slip his hand out of my grasp - and headed full speed behind the counter. I was starting to feel overstimulated ordering, holding conversation and explaining this promo code issue while also apologizing and chasing him while he laughs manically like it’s a twisted game of tag🫣
Long story short they honored the promo code offer and I’m sure the manager felt bad for me so be hooked it up. Everyone was so kind and didn’t make my son or I feel like a burden or a big deal whatsoever“
“I’m surprised how low the reviews are. This is absolutely the best chipotle I’ve ever been to always clean always give good portions and always so friendly. I just came from the sawmill location, which was absolutely trash and horrible. Never go there. They were out of every single ingredient I just did it to go order at this location and I’m obsessed. Thank you guys for never disappointing. Food qualities always amazing absolutely love it will be back tomorrow for the burrito special! Thank you guys.“
“In the past I have seen this chipotle prepare the best food and I’ve seen this location prepare the worst. But today was an amazing experience with Jude! He cares about his customers and his are was extremely clean. I would have thought he was manager if I didn’t know any better!“
“This is a great Chipotle! The staff are friendly, and they don't skimp on portions, unlike some other locations.
I go as often as a few times a week, some weeks - because, there aren't that many options for a tasty, satisfying, and somewhat healthy lunch at this price these days.
Qdoba is a good alternative and I'll show a photo of a burrito that I got at Qdoba's Grandview location (I wish Chipotle had that "cheese crusted" option!!! It's fire 🔥).
However, Chipotle has more locations and I like the flavors of Chipotle's ingredients a little better so I end up choosing Chipotle over Qdoba at least 90% of the time.“
“I ordered the new Smoked Brisket Burrito. I generally like Chipotle, but this new Smoked Brisket is very very good. Topped with the usual salsas, cheese, corn, peppers and onions, and their homemade Guacamole, this is one great addition to the menu.“
“Don’t get me started about Joe and Adam. The best duo since Batman and Robin.
I go to sleep thinking about my chipotle bowl from this chipotle. Joe and Adam chef it up to perfection. Can’t speak highly enough about this Chipotle. I’d take it over a Michelin star restaurant any day of the week.“
“Great portion sizes. The employees make orders fast and I like that they keep mobile orders in their kitchen to alleviate potential food theft. I would recommend anyone to enjoy a burrito bowl takeout for lunchtime. There were plenty of seats avaliable when I visited too. The chicken burrito bowl was better seasoned than the carnitaw bowl“
“I used to work at this Chipotle just before I had my son in 2008. I ate A LOT of Chipotle when I was pregnant. Guess what his favorite food is now? Yuuuup. Clintonville was our home store ever since. But it went way down hill a couple years ago… badly. The food quality, caliber of employees and cleanliness was disgusting. We stopped going there. But yesterday we tried again and it was back to its old quality, maybe better. Hats off to new management that saved my fav store.“
“This is a great place but the one older lady with the gold grill in her mouth needs to go. I asked for extra chicken and she said it cost I said ok I know thank can I have some please , then she gave me a little bit and I still paid almost 3.00 extra , I ordered a bowl , she didn't put alot of ingredients unless I told her but anyway it's a great Chipotle !! The crew said she doesn't do that with Mexican or someone she knows ...hummm“
“It was so good! They were making fresh rice while I was in line. One of the best burritos I've had in a long time! Everything was so fresh and delicious.
Vegetarian options: My daughter gets a veggie bowl, and I do too sometimes. Either that or the sofritas, which is a chili-flavored tofu. So good!
Dietary restrictions: They make everything to order, so you can customize it to your needs. If you order ahead online, sometimes they can even accommodate special ingredients, like guacamole without onion.
Parking: It's in Easton, so lots of parking options around. I did a metered spot on the street, but there's a paid parking lot right out back and free garages within walking distance.
Kid-friendliness: My kids LOVE this place! Great food, veggies, and solid portions make it a great option for parents too.
Wheelchair accessibility: It'd be a bit tight, but the furniture is modular, so they could accommodate a wheelchair.“
“Most of us are well aware of Chipotle’s cuisine. I enjoy it more than a lot of other restaurants. This review will not discuss food any further. I love the service I often receive at this restaurant! I always have a developmentally disabled gentleman accompany me to Chipotle. There’s a particular young lady who works there that transforms our meal from ordinary to wonderful. When this young lady is at the register, if time permits, she’ll take our tray to where we normally sit (without us asking). She does this with a big smile. We appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond! She’s a gem!“
“Chipotle is the rare fast-casual joint that survives scrutiny from someone who wants it to fail. I come in skeptical of the assembly line, the corporate minimalism, the performative “freshness.” And yet, against my better judgment, it works.
The menu is aggressively narrow, which is exactly the point. Chipotle doesn’t pretend to be Mexican food; it’s a tightly controlled system built around balance, restraint, and repetition. When it’s on, the food hits with a confidence most fast food never achieves. The rice is properly seasoned (a detail too many places botch), the beans have actual texture, and the proteins—while inconsistent from location to location—are usually cooked with a level of care that suggests someone in the chain still gives a damn.
The real test is the burrito. It is not elegant. It is not subtle. But it is engineered well. Each layer has a purpose, and when assembled by competent hands, it delivers fat, acid, salt, and heat in near-ideal ratios. The tortilla is warm and forgiving. The salsa has bite. The guac, overpriced as it is, remains genuinely good—fresh, bright, and mercifully un-pureed.
Chipotle’s greatest strength is also its biggest risk: it relies on execution. A distracted employee or an overcooked pan can sink the whole experience. But when the line is staffed by people who know what they’re doing, Chipotle clears a bar that most chains don’t even aim for.
This isn’t comfort food. It’s functional food—fuel that doesn’t insult you, doesn’t leave you greasy or regretful, and still manages to feel satisfying. For a massive chain to pull that off, consistently, is no small feat.
I don’t crave Chipotle. I respect it. And that might be the higher compliment.“
“This review is specifically to give the young man, Ace, kudos. I was in your restaurant the other day and Ace was at the beginning of the service line serving the rice. There were many customers in the restaurant that day, almost out the door. Ace did not waiver and his attitude did not break. He responded to everyone the same pleasant way. Having spent time in Ace's shoes, I know this isn't easy. I was impressed with Ace's character and attitude. I hope he receives recognition from the manager for his awesome performance.
Congratulations Ace. Keep up the great work..“
“Okay!! I have to make a good review on this one, busted 09/10/2025 staffs were nice, the portion of the food was really great. So far this is the first chipotle around in Columbus that gives out good amount of portion!!! Huge thanks and great job to the owner and team for setting the bar high!“
“I got there at 7:30 pm approximately. I am not sure what time they close, but they were already starting their pre-closing activities so they weren't interested in helping new customers. Food was fine. Staff was not rude, but not fast or friendly per se.“
“I love chipotle so not too much complaints but I had ordered a salad and didn't get alot of lettuce in there. Maybe it's because I has rice? But my first time in years even trying the salad option. Still ate it and it was amazing as per usual.“
“This is my favorite chipotle to go but lately when we come (which is frequently) they are always out of something. Also don’t let it be an hour before closing they just have nothing.Honestly chicken and rice should never be out. That’s the most popular. I don’t know what’s been going on with all this but I hope things get back on track. I don’t want to have to start going to another location.“
“I like chipotle because the food is good regardless, but the customer service that I experienced at this chipotle was top-tier. I would recommend it a thousand times over. The food was ready so quick, it was all hot and fresh, the portions were top-tier and the customer service was out of this world. Allison is the one that helped me and I can't remember the last time I left a chipotle with a better feeling. She went above and beyond, and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you chipotle for having employees like this one!“
