Taco Bell in Chillicothe

“Stopped here on a road trip, and let me tell you, I've had my fair share of Taco Bell, and this one was by far the best. Everything was hot, fresh, and correct. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Great job, Taco Bell team members and managers!“

“Today, they got my order mixed up with someone else in the drive thru. I realized as I was pulling onto the highway. I turn around and went inside to let them know. I was going to just eat what was given to me, but it was truly stuff I didn’t like. Either way, they were super nice and fixed the mistake immediately. There were tons of people who seemed to be a bit impatient. I totally get it! It’s fast food and I understand you want your food fast, it’s called fast food for a reason. However, I just wanted to leave a review because they truly seemed really low staffed and had a line wrapped around the building. They have multiple “Now Hiring” signs around the entire place. And although they made a mistake, the customer service was still phenomenal and I felt they need some recognition. This is my favorite Taco Bell for a reason!“

“Taco Bell is exactly what you expect Taco Bell to be. It's the kind of food you love to eat but hate yourself for it lol. You only live once, eat the tacos and drink the unnaturally weird blue green beverages. It hits best late at night and when someone else is driving you there.“
