“Sara and her team are absolutely top notch. They always are happy to greet me when I get there, they make sure that my online order is ready even if they are getting swamped. Customer focus is a priority for them and I visit this location at least 4 times a week for that reason.“
“Great customer service! The lady at the drive through was very nice and patient with my order today, 8/16/2025 at 9:45am. Not sure what her name was but she deserves a recognition from management. She literally made my day! I have Dunkin within a walking distance from where I live, it’s on State Route 22 across from Meijer, but the staff there is awfully rude and slow, so I refuse to go there anymore. I’d rather drive 3 miles and get a great service with good coffee here! Kiddos to the staff at this location!“
“I ordered from this dunkin and quickly popped in to pick it up. The order was ready within 5 minutes and the food was great. Our drinks were made properly, no issue at all, and they were some of best dunkin drinks I've had. Despite how busy it was, good food and good service, I would recommend this place. There's also adequate parking in front of the whole place.“
“Probably the best Dunkin' in the area. Polite, efficient and generally well-stocked. The Drive-thru can get pretty busy, especially in the mornings, but they keep the orders coming at a steady rate, so the wait isn't as bad as you might think based on the number of cars in line.“
“Let me tell you a fun story. A friend of mine worked at a job that was draining them. To get them through the week, they would drop by this dunkin' donuts and pick up a little treat. They started job hunting, and every time they had a lot of interviews or a potential job, they would bring in donuts for their coworkers. Their coworkers would ask what the occasion was. The friend always said that it was because they were about to quit. Turned out, they put in their 2 week notice. This particular location was a part of a wonderful routine. I've always had pleasant experiences. Good food. Quick service. It's a well ran location.“
“Went there yesterday around 1:30 and Mya was the only one working. It got super busy and she handled it like a boss. I don't know if she is a manager but she should be. I would have just shut down the place but she didn't. She deserves a raise at the least. Thanks Mya!!!“
“It’s in a gas station so it’s very transient, however if you go there regularly the employees will begin to know you(and if you have a dog they always have a treat for them :) ). Line moves VERY fast in the am so don’t let the line scare you from pulling in…

Kid-friendliness: No so kid friendly as it is very fast paced and go environment.

The way she is able to handle a busy store with a diverse workforce that has the ability to take it even further.

“After several visits here this is what you .can expect. The coffee is fresh and great. The service is usually good but at times can lack on pickup orders. If you order ahead on the mobile app it is usually ready by the pickup time. The sandwiches and hashbrowns are terrible. They taste like an electrical fire. This is after several orders. The bakery items are just ok. One of the worst breakfast options out there food wise. If you get coffee only you are good!“

“This Dunkin' Donuts location was inside of a gas station/convenience store. The donuts and coffee I purchased were great! The best part, however, were the two employees that I encountered that provided excellent, superior customer service. This location was also exceptionally clean. I will definitely be back!“
“Love this dunkin. Staff works really hard and they do a good job. As hectic as it gets, but still nice staff.
Drive Thru and parking are always a mess. I usually park over in the shopping center lot and walk up to the store. I use the app and my food is usually sitting waiting for me.“

“Everytime I order my ice coffee it's different either its not enough milk or it's perfect. The service is just the same, either they are really nice or they just don't care enough to have a conversation. Really miss the only manager, she really made the place more lively.“

“So this Dunkin is great the one on Winton Rd... The Dunkin on coke rain Ave was terrible terrible terrible I ordered a French vanilla cappuccino I don't know what they gave me. My reviews are usually good but being honest is being honest. Not only that the drive thru is very choppy I mean a lot of bumps I almost tore my tires going through the drive through alone“

“This is the best location, hands-down in Cincinnati. I don’t care if it’s a line of 30 people they will wait on and have you out of the line in less than 60 seconds… everyone is always pleasant, smiling & helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.You tell the owner really cares about customers and really cares about his employees because it shows with the service. Thank you to all the workers for making my morning go fast and making sure I’m on time when I have to run quickly to get coffee and go to work.“
