Emmy Friedrichs is such a delight!
Our family has hosted two private events at Gilligan's this year and both were handled fantastically. We had great food, great service, and even came in under budget. The event staff worked with us to create exactly what we were looking for.

Gilligan's Brewery has great food, superb service, and amazing energy. They focus on Irish and British style food and beer. The atmosphere is great, with a park and a stage. The bar was recently expanded for more room, and they have a lot on tap with plenty of choices. For large parties, they have a lot of space. One family event for 35 people was a feast with Salad, Reuben rolls, fries, Mac and cheese, Sheppards pie, pasta, and sliders. The cost was about $40 to $45 a person. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The Dublin burger is fantastic. However, the beef stew was very disappointing, basically just shredded beef with no liquid base. Overall, it is definitely the place to celebrate St Patrick's Day.
