“Great beers, all kinds of music, and now with a really good pizza food truck!
If you want to keep the alcohol intake in check, check out their HELIOTROPISM. A really nice N/A water infused with hops.
They always have sometime going on. Game nights, fitness clubs, community events.
Good people and a fun time.

“I got here at 6pm and it was fairly light. I like that they have coloring books and games; it gave me something to do as I waited for my food. The wings were spiced differently - the intensity in terms of spice was lighter, and they use cilantro. I'm not sure how I feel about the fact that they don't sauce the wings, but serve them with the sauces in a dipping cup. 🤷🏼‍♀ It's gonna be messy either way. Bathrooms were clean, and there's a nice outdoor space, too“

“Always fantastic. Go for the fries, stay for the blue cheese. Oh yeah, they have meats too. I usually get the spicy garlic on the wings, but they were kind enough to give me a cup on the side of the Chernobyl to try. It is very hot, but I would not say super hot. If you regularly eat habanero sauces and want more then this is probably a good heat level for you. It also has a good flavor, it’s not just hot for sake of being hot. Everyone there is super friendly also. Great atmosphere. Cool aesthetic. There is often live music on the weekends, which can be a bit loud and it definitely gets busy. Not a negative, just something to be aware of. Come during off hours if you don’t want that. I wish I could just buy a jug of the blue cheese. Maybe I can, but I haven’t asked.“

“We liked visiting this brewery after dinner elsewhere. There is a large open space with cornhole and other board games are available. I liked the shop where we got a magnet, t-shirt, and sticker. It can get very crowded and loud so come early or during unusual hours if that's not your thing.“

“My aunt had her retirement party here and rented out the whole place. The drinks were amazing and the appetizers served were PHENOMENAL, I couldn’t believe it was brewery food. I definitely recommend renting out for events! Great environment too.“

“I was at MPH last night (3/19) and they were very busy! The one bartender was super friendly and apologized for my wait. Having worked in the service industry myself I asked if her manager was available so that I could let them know what a great job she was doing and was told that the manager was not there. I would hope that not only would a manager be on site but would be out front helping with the large crowd.“

“We love 13 Below brewery, especially for parties! We have thrown a countless amount of parties here ranging from my gender reveal to a surprise birthday for my mom. The taproom is great with even more seating outside where you can check out the hops! The Incline Smoke Shack has great food and lots of awesome deals, which makes the brewery a great place for a night out. If you’re not into beer they also have an extensive seltzer selection and wine and cocktails.“

“**updating my original review from December ‘24. West Side management has reached out and shared that this previous manager is no longer working there. Our deposit was refunded and we all agreed communication could have been better. I appreciate their understanding and follow up. We enjoy the times we have had at the brewery and look forward to getting back again soon.

This one star is solely for the Management of West Side. I’ve been here more times than I can count, from random drop ins for a beer, organized network happy hours to birthday parties. My family invested in the original start up back in the day. They were one of my first places to check out when throwing my mom’s surprise 60th Birthday party. The booking process was fairly simple.. I would have appreciated more communication from management when booking but in today’s world I have very low expectations with customer service.
Day of the party came and I booked 3 extra hours for time to set up and make sure the space was ready. I made sure to introduce myself to all the staff from the kitchen manager, bar tenders (they were good) and taproom manager. Everyone was aware I was the organizer of the event and to reach out to me during for anything.
Party was great! My mom was surprised and it seemed like everyone was very comfortable in the two rooms we rented ($30/hr for 2 rooms from 4-11). I reached back out to the taproom manager for my $100 deposit back & received the unprofessional response attached. I did realize once we arrived at the party that my balloons had confetti inside of them which confetti is not permitted. Balloons are permitted though so unless we went around popping all of them there was no issue in my eyes. I did immediately asked for a broom so I could manage any mess during the party (which there wasn’t). I stayed after with my husband, mother (birthday girl), dad, and cousins to clean everything up spotless.

The second issue was around our guests eating food from the party next to us. This was one couple (65 years old) that got confused & didn’t realize this was not our party. We took over 80% of the party space so it wasn’t clear to them that there was even another party nearby not a part of us.
The fact that no one from west side even brought this to my attention is ridiculous. I would have happily apologized to the other party and purchased food for them to make up for what had happened.
From start to finish Colin at West Side has not been helpful and has been extremely rude. I feel like I need to blame the kitchen staff as well for not communicating at all.

Sadly I would not recommend West Side for any future events. They didn’t feel welcoming and seemed bothered by the 3 children there (out by 9PM) that were very well behaved & enjoying themselves.

The 30+ Cincinnati Firefighter brotherhood that attended is also disappointed to hear how this was handled and won’t be having any future meet ups here.“

“They post the prices of the beer so you aren't guessing and never leave disappointed. Great vibe and good variety of beers. The staff is extremely knowledgable about beer and love talking about it. Wish they opened one of these near me instead of the tired local beer that all taste the same.“

“MCBC is our absolute favorite! We recently had the filet (a limited seasonal dinner with awesome garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus) and it was perfection. Hands down better than any steakhouse! This place has it all: burgers, unique tacos, grilled chicken and amazing apps. We’ve had almost everything on the menu over the past year and can’t decide on a favorite because everything is truly special but it’s probably the burgers, wings, and the fish & chips for dinner and the onion petals, cheese curds, and the goat cheese for appetizers. Their craft beers are legendary and we always look forward to trying their seasonal brews (yay for Oktoberfest!). The staff is always friendly and makes us feel at home-shoutout to Sam, Alex, Cole and Jess for always giving us the best service! We’ll be back this weekend:)“
