Jimmy John's in Cincinnati

“It's basically a Subway or Jersey Mike's. The staff were very friendly and they do have very fast delivery if you are in their delivery area. They are a little pricey but not much different than Subway or Jersey Mike's. I recommend it“

“Can’t say anything bad about this place! Every time I’ve been the food was delicious! Lots of fresh meat and veggies and then that famous Jimmy John’s bread😘! I just love their bread! Service was great always greeted when I walk in the door! Great rewards app! Restaurant always clean and smelling good!“

“The workers at this Jimmy John’s restaurant are top-notch. However, the lack of air conditioning inside the restaurant was terrible. I’m not sure how you expect people to work in those conditions and or have customers eat-in at your restaurant? It was so hot while I waited on my food it was making me sick. (Poor employees) hotter inside than it is outside , they did however have some room size Air Conditioning units putting out the same amount of cold air out the front with HOT air blowing out the Back!“

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. Thanks again, team!“

“I'm really surprised by the reviews I read from this location. I actually have been getting lunch here for the last 3 months since I started working at the office behind it. Today I decided to write a review for giving such great service every time I've been there. Both young men there tonight were working extra hard trying to fill orders, answer the phone, and make deliveries. They were also pleasent to the other customers in line ahead of me (they were busy). Visit was on 10/12 at 5:53pm, these team members are keepers.“

“So, me ( milo ) and my fiancé ( bear ) always order from this location because we really like the delivery driver : and we know they're good people who do good work. But today, we were given exceptional service. Not only did we have our questions answered in a timely and kind manner, but everything was delivered promptly ( considering how busy they were. ) My only concern, is them being so understaffed during such a busy time of year. Please, for the sake of these managers, delivery drivers, etc - get some more people on the clock.Once again, those who helped me ( for anyone who wants to fact check in upper management because I know how some of ya'll can be ) I ordered at 3:13 for two sandwiches and a pickle bucket, and I can say nothing except " Keep up the amazing work you two. “I have to give a shout out for this JJ's customer service. I was visiting downtown Cincinnati with my husband and our car broke down in the middle of the city. While waiting for a tow truck, we called Jimmy John's and they hand delivered it to our car. We were so appreciative for them being able to bring us food because we couldn't leave our car (due to it being broken down in the middle of a no parking area).“

“The manger at this location is a rock star! She has the place so organized and actually helps the staff. Even if they tell you it might be a bit of a wait the food still comes out fast. Don’t ever let this manager go! Give the whole store a raise because they make a great team. Don’t ever let that manager go or it will be a great loss. “I often come in here for a quick sandwich. It always tastes great, good quality bread. The meat is quality also and the sauce is great. Make sure to ask for the spices. They add a real new level of the taste to this great place’s sandwiches.“
