I called an order in and was told it would be delivered in 15-20 minutes. Called back after about 40 mins and was told the delivery guy was on a bike and would be here in 10 min. Again had to call back. Was told their computers were down. Not my problem. They are literally right up the street. I wasted my whole lunch break waiting for a sandwich with hard ass bread full of lettuce. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM JIMMY JOHN'S. YOU GUYS FUCKING SUCK. I tried to place an order thru the JJ app. I chose the Martin Luther King store as my delivery store. I completed the order and submitted. i got a call a couple of minutes later (from the Calhoun store) saying that my address is too far for delivery, the woman said that they have a one mile limit. i asked if she could just transfer my order to the MLK store and she flatly refused, saying that the only thing she can do is void the order and I'd have to call the other store on my...read full review
