“Fabulous steaming hot bowls of Pho with fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts and lime wedges for toppings. That, and hoisin suace, fish sauce, Sriracha, and soy sauce to mix in. ALWAYS try the broth first before adding anything to it as a sign of respect for the chef. The broth is the key for any good Pho and this was amazing!“

“I've always enjoyed coming here for the past few years. The atmosphere is nice and the owner and his son are funny people. The food can be pretty expensive, but they serve large portions and the quality is incredible. Best Thai food I've had.“

“The Chef's Counter at Wildweed was an incredible experience. The space is gorgeous - so many thoughtful touches throughout the restaurant. The atmosphere was fun and energetic. Each dish was creative, beautiful, and tasted incredible. The techniques and transformation of ingredients are next level. It is exceedingly rare to find a restaurant with a unique and interesting concept that is able to execute their vision by creating delicious and intellectually stimulating food without feeling forced. Wildweed pulls it off to the highest degree. This was a meal that will stick with me for a long time. Bravo to the entire team (FOH and BOH), all stellar. There is no way there is a better meal in the city and I doubt there is a better one in the state. This place deserves national recognition.“

“Absolutely the best customer service. The food is also worth mentioning first! My order came out in less than 4 minutes during peak lunchtime. This restaurant has been consistently one of my favorites for over 20 years. You cannot go wrong here. Sichuan noodles 🍜 are amazing, the egg rolls are delicious. The lunch specials are great too! My Absolute favorite dish is their Tom Kah Kai Soup with noodles!“

“I just got some carry out ramen with GF noodles. It was so frikkin good. Tons of flavor. If you are on a low-sodium diet I would not recommend it, but GOSH DARNIT it's really good. I had Char Sui Miso Ramen with pork and added beef. I'll definitey be back.“

“I've been to other Noodles And Company locations but this was my first visit to this particular location. They have pasta dishes from all across the world. Normally I tend to favour the Wisconsin Mac And Cheese with shrimp on top. I decided to change it up and tried the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. It's a bowl of Lo Mein, Korean BBQ sauce, steak, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, and cilantro. The sauce was delightful and the steak pieces were excellent as well. The dish was pretty good except for the aggressive use of cilantro. Cilantro is a very dominant flavour and it just drowned out a lot of the great Korean BBQ flavour which was very unfortunate. Take the cilantro away and this would be 1000 times better. This location had full dine in as well as outside eating options. We decided to eat outside as it was a beautiful day out and it was a very pleasant experience out there. The staff was all great as well. Next time I'll stick with the Wisconsin Mac And Cheese and call it a day.“
