I went in to get food with my mom. Automatically they were very nice and considerate. We were taking our time with picking what we wanted to eat and they were very understanding. The one person that stood out to me was Malek. He was very nice and considerate. My mom was asking about gluten free options and he gave every option possible with explanations. I am only giving 4 stars as the food did not seem to be up to the normal Panda Express expectations. Customer service was great however. Hopefully on our next visit things will taste a bit fresher. Over all not disappointed.
