They Put 5 burger, 4 fries and 2 4 piece mozzarella sticks in one bag. I was pissed. Then couldn't figure out which burger was which. The burgers had overkill on the condiments super sloppy.
went to Rally's to pick up two big Buford's with a coupon for fifteen percent off my total order. The man waiting on me was very rude and would not wait for me to show him the coupon on my cell phone. He waited on someone else and then finally came back, scanned my coupon, and charged $10.59 for the two Buford's. He failed to give me a receipt. After I left, I figured out that he added 15% instead of subtracting it. what a ripoff!

The cook the night I was there over road the order takers rude comment we only have 1-4 and politely was outside doing the trash and heard her time of voice. He asked me what it was I would like ...he said no problem....he was the best thing going for this location...if he wasn't working..mmmmm ...you might not be open much longer with the other rude female that seems not to honor her position. Thank you young man for being more than exceptional in the time you give in your earnings....read full review
